Sat for what felt like an hour. Watched everyone be seated and get their food before our table did. When asked where our food was, the server brought out our food, and the order was partially right, but the issue was that the food was cold. So, got up to talk to whom I believe was the manager before leaving, and the server brought food out. When asked was re-heated, he told us it was fresh. Not to believable. Think they were understaffed today. The manager stepped in took care of the issues. So thank you for your concerns. Thanks again.

All was good overall at visit here at Denny’s off N. Michigan Road. Just wish cheesesticks came out first before my meal as expected but that’s all right. Service by Geneva was top notch. She was so cool and nice. Place wasn’t too busy but she was the only server. Finding out from her that the place had gone back to 24 hours now….jeez, give her a raise folks. She helped us out last time and was super nice as well and awesome! ✌?
If you are hungry at 2:00am do not come here. Nobody knows what they are doing here.

I was there tonight and the The waitress made me wait more than an hour and a half for my food and it never arrived and before everything was empty, 5 more tables arrived with 4 and 6 people each table and they were attended and served first than my family and me terrible service We had to leave that place without having dinner, how unpleasant and what a lack of education and bad service.

I love Dennys, reminds me of my childhood, but their food is as good as I remember! I had the crepes abs they were great!
Disgusting, going here why when you have to get up and leave because these women, servers won’t even acknowledge you! 15mins no water, 8 mins no menu, help ppl that come in after you but not me! I won’t be back

This is the worst dennys in the city , my online order was wrong. Took it back to the Dennys and had them fix their mistake, gave me the supposed fix order , the order was still incorrect, the manager was very short and very rude, I was not. I handled myself as a paying customer should have. He was upset at me because his freaking kitchen staff can't freaking read a freaking receipt. If anyone goes here check and recheck your food. I'll stick with Lincoln Square or Yolk. This experience and service is not worth my hard earned money. And the food was disgusting, not good at all , It tasted cheap.

1 server for the entire restaurant. 3 people standing behind register doing nothing. Was out of stuff but did not tell you just served your food with stuff missing. "frys, bacon, other" no excuse given. Forgot why I had not came to this location was definitely reminded.
