“Our go-to Domino's branch, we consistently have good luck with this location. On the rare occasion that our order is incorrect or lacking, management is always prompt to address the issue and make it right. Special shout out to Damica, who was holding down the fort alone during our last visit and still did a great job even though they were consistently busy with orders.“
“Dont ever listen to the app when it says whos making the food, Amanda i hope you see this thanks for fixing all my issues. Amanda has been blamed for all my pizza isues in the past because of the app and its not even her. Amanda runs a great shop good people and she goes above and beyond if you have an issue just call and ask for her shes the best pizza manager ive dealt with in the last few years for sure. Keep up the killer work guys' I wanted to take the time to make sure that she gets recognized for her efforts vs being labeled for a mistake of someone whos new or learning.“

“The pizza always arrived super hot. It's extremely fresh and very quick. Most of the time it will be delivered way before estimated. The team at this location is amazing is by far one of my favorite pizza spots just do to excellent customer service!“
“All right I'm using voice to text to do this review so I hope it turns out okay anyway this Domino's is tight it is like amazing and like you know I worked I was like a delivery driver for like 15 20 years and like I worked in some really good restaurants and some really bad ones and this one is like amazing okay so like I'll get on my phone like order a pizza it'll say like 13 minutes I'm like no man it's Friday night ain't going to be no 13 minutes I get my car I drive up there I walk in like 15 minutes after I order it ready every every freaking time like I don't care how busy every time check this out when I walk in the door as I'm walking in the door to the register to be like I'm just blown away by it I just like I am not used to seeing that kind of thing and like I just wanted to give a shout out because like these dudes are badass give everybody a freaking raise or something love it and oh yeah, thanks to Mark for always seeing me walk in the door and having my pizza there before I even get to the counter. “An old Decatur staple. I remember when they built this location next to the VP. The food is really good and the pizzas are baked thoroughly without having to order “well done” just to get a proper bake. Like most places they can be hit or miss but for 3 decades they’ve been relatively consistent and very convenient. Great job! NY Brooklyn style is a MUST.“
“Kids made me get dominos. Was not a fan of this location due to horrible service but have to say I was surprised this time. I guess they have a new manager name Liz. She was super nice and we got everything quick. I appreciate it and Will definitely be back.“

“The whole team is very polite, the lady manager looked tired but still approached her employees to help make the pizza. When I walked in I was immediately asked if I was there for pick up gentleman with dreads, the baker never wore gloves when he handled my pizzas, manager did, but never asked him to wear any, Im kind of at odds with that. The dreads guy asked for my name, GREAT TEAM, GREAT EMPLOYEES, SO POLITE AND HARD WORKING. Great job working together!!!“
“I accidentally placed an order for the wrong item and Taishashia was very polite over the phone when I called to try and fix the order. Delivery was very quick and the driver was polite as well. We order from this location often and I've never had a bad experience. Thank you to the team for being patient with us despite the mixup tonight!“
“Was staying in downtown Indy when the road construction was a total mess. Streets closed and reroutes yada yada. Kevin our delivery driver was a Rock Star. He went above and way beyond getting us our pizza.

“The reason is the lady manager at 6.25pm on Friday screaming at the others answer the phone and customers are priority is ignoring the customers 10 people waiting in lobby for orders that manager should've been doing calls n carry out while the other staff was great busting there butts fire that lady manager“

“I’ve had ridiculous issues every time I have ordered from the Broad Ripple location and the last time I ordered treating my friends so 6 people was the worst…Several missing ingredients on two pizzas w/ one being only cheese and one having way way way too much sauce on it, the pizzas were not cut & were undercooked, no sauce at all on the chicken wings, and 3 additional dip & sauce cups were not in my order.
Well tonight I spoke with Adrian and he was very polite, very professional, extremely kind and provided me with the highest customer service for sure. He reissued my full order applying a coupon which makes up for the 10 plus past orders that were all incorrect basically the same.
Adrian went above and beyond to help me out to ensure my order would be correct and my friends would enjoy their visit eating good food. I have only ever done a handful of reviews (positive) so even though this review is on the thumbs down side, Adrian made everything better than alright so I hope his higher up in charge sees this review and gives him a big fat raise b/c he definitely deserves it.

“The pizza was delicious! It was delivered hot and quick! The toppings we ordered was plentiful. The delivery driver, Eddaurdo was so friendly and nice. This is the second time I’ve got a great pizza from them! I will definitely order again.
The next 2 deliveries were a disaster. The very next delivery was cold. Barely even warm. I believe the driver had it sitting on the front seat. I watched him put the pizza
in the bag used to keep the pizza hot. Big disappointment eating cold pizza.
The next delivery was totally wrong pizza! It was 1/2 cheese and the other 1/2 was loaded with jalapeños. The kids didn’t even want to eat it. I wasn’t interested in eating jalapeños or plain cheese pizza so… that was my last order from Domino’s. I don’t know what happened the first couple of times that we ordered pizza from there. It was absolutely great.. but no more.“
“The Domino's on Michigan Rd used to be better than this one. But now 38th St Domino's is better than Michigan Rd. This is a pan made pizza. If you like cheesy, the pan made is better. I'm not a fan of the hand tossed cuz it's more dry. But this was delicious 😋“
“I don't get delivery, I just go pick it up bc it's cheaper and much faster. This place always gets my order done within minutes. Today they brought it out to my truck before I could even get parked. Been going there 6 years and they are one of the fastest places to pick up food“
“Last week I ordered 4 salads and got none. I haven't been compensated but the new manager, Raspreet, sent me a couple of salads and a couple of medium thin crust pizzas to make up for it. Tonight, Friday, 11-8-24, I ordered a large order. $135 pizza party for the kiddies and once again, they didn't bring the salads! This time, they also didn't deliver 2 orders of plain wings. They owe me money back or bring me the rest of the food! It isn't a party if someone who can't eat the pizza doesn't get the protein and veggies! I asked the driver to go get it and bring it back later when he's done and going back to the store and he told me to use the app or call the store to complain. I mean okay, I tried that last time too.. no one answers the phone. It rings for two hours. Happy Friday West side!!!“
“I originally had came on here to do a fantastic review, and then saw the ignorance of some people shine through. @ miss mekas post. Not only is her illiteracy showing, but her inability to recall events as well.
The beautiful manager in charge had went to check her out and MISS MEKAS CARD DECLINED.. in which Miss Meka being the great citizen she is snatched the food and refused to pay for the rest…
i’m not sure if she’s mad that she got the police called, (why would you call the police first if you did nothing wrong), or if she didn’t have enough funds to pay for her order.. i heard the phone ring MULTIPLE times from her offspring right after this incident occurred.also it was an AIRpod not an Ipod.
Miss Meka should work on her spelling and common decency other than worrying about a child working at a pizza shop.
Anyways, some people just don’t have common sense, or money nowadays apparently. But my PAID for pizza was fantastic! (also made by the same WASHED hands, which she also doesn’t realize the HEALTH DEPARTMENT DOES NOT REQUIRE PIZZA MAKERS TO WEAR GLOVES AS THEY HOLD MORE BACTERIA) Love this Dominos and will continue to support and recommend them!
