After an hour of my pizza order being in the prep stage I’d had enough and tried to cancel, only to have a call that was never received. I showed up in person to find a full waiting room of frustrated customers and a gaggle of employees fluffing dough and staring at the order monitor absolutely clueless. This location needs a serious overhaul. Never ordering from again

I came to the location after making an error in my online order. I was immediately greeted, helped then served by a rep named Mina. He was both kind and supportive in correcting the order and kept the flow of the restaurant with a calm and helpful demeanor. From a 3rd party view I was quite impressed.
Pizza was burnt and enough salt on it too dry up the pacific ocean..just don't eat there at alll!!!

This location lies about when orders are done to meet metrics. Last order I got it said it was done and ready to be picked up then I waited 50 minutes in the store before they actually gave me my pizza. Worst dominoes in the city hands down.
Update: got home and half of the food was wrong. My fault for not checking all the boxes at the store. Worst dominoes experience I've had at Dominoes location.
