After 30 minutes of sitting curbside. I went in because I thought the app was malfunctioning. And asked them how long it would be. The lady at the counter told me another 20-30 minutes. I tkld her to cancel it And Nathaniel spoke up and said it would be another 7-10 minutes. Wasn’t nice about it. I snapped at him and told him it’s already been 30 minutes. I walked out of the building still in view and was tending to my kids when I got a notification that my order was cancelled about 5 minutes later. I haven’t used this store in years because of terrible service and yet again I will not be going back to this location

They literally charge now for everything when a Parmesan packet want a chili flake packet for your pizza nope can't get it no longer free you have to buy the whole cup for a dollar 1.40 something and then why do I have to pay to even get the icing for my lava cakes and then let's talk bbq traditional wings no bbq their either. No ranch for the wings have to pay 8$ no free dipping dominoes is money hungry forsuree

The reason is the lady manager at 6.25pm on Friday screaming at the others answer the phone and customers are priority is ignoring the customers 10 people waiting in lobby for orders that manager should've been doing calls n carry out while the other staff was great busting there butts fire that lady manager

I placed an online pick up order for 2 large pizzas, as I arrive I get the text saying my orders ready. Once I walk inside they proceed to say it’s going to be another 15-30 minutes because it’s in the oven. Now I don’t want to sound rude since I know what it’s like working in the food industry but this should be unacceptable. They also proceeded to substitute items because they ran out with out telling me!!! So now I have a pizza with toppings that don’t go with what I ordered 😞 I will say, I will never be doing business here again

The last time I will visit this store. It use to be good then you changed workers. I order pizza with extra cheese plus another cheese they hardly put cheese on it if I can see crust and sauce that is not extra cheese. Ordered jalapeño and bacon stuffed cheese bread hardly no cheese, no jalapeños on inside 2 on top and so much bacon it was nasty.. last time I ordered I told them my granddaughter is allergic to cheese and Alfredo sauce she was getting pasta with marinara sauce they gave her Alfredo.. they are horrible
