completely oblivious staff let the lobby fill and fill not helping anyone while they continued to stack up orders on the shelf, or set up delivery orders for the nonexistant drivers. go somewhere else unless you have nothing to do and enjoy waiting around

Asked for extra cheese and sauce. Pizza was like eating cardboard. No extra cheese or sauce. But charged for the cheese. They can keep their free pizzas. No more money from me.

This afternoon I ordered a medium thin crust pizza with the bottom crust well done and extra pizza sauce. I’ve ordered the same pizza and toppings on it for years now and only one other time I didn’t receive one that didn’t have the extra pizza sauce. They did not make it correctly per my instructions. My pizza today did not have extra pizza sauce because it was almost dried out. Even though DOMINOES is my favorite delivery pizza I decided I will not order from them again and I am very very disappointed.

Spinach was raw and hardly had any cheese inside the bread. When I reported it all they offered was a free pizza I have to pick up. I didn't order pizza and I paid for delivery ..the tip and the delivery fee

Tracker said order was ready. Went to store with my 7 month old daughter. Waited 5 minutes in the store after they said it was coming out in just a second and I said “okay no problem.” I’m then told my order “hasn’t even been put in and they are putting it in now and will take 15 minutes.”Absolutely never coming back. Last time I went to this location it was cold even though I went in as soon as it said it was done. Madison location is 100x better, period.

Been loyal to this dominos for a couple years, never had a problem….all of my recent orders, however, have been pretty pathetic. Never enough sauce, cheese, or toppings, whether it be a sandwich, pasta, pizza…even the bread bites had hardly anything on them. I don’t know if they’re cutting costs or what, but it’s not worth my time or money anymore, sadly.

My pizza was way over cooked. I didn’t get the sauce I ordered either.

My 1st time here. I came into the store to order the pepperoni deep dish pizza. I went over to pick up a few things at Kroger's and came back to pick up pizza.When I got back home So Disappointed!!!Absolutely no pizza sauce, a few pieces of pepperoni and not much cheese!NO PIZZA SAUCE ON A DEEP DISH PIZZA? YOU RUINRD ME!WILL NEVER ORDER FROM DOMINO'S AGAIN!!!!!

My husband’s pizza was burnt. There were pieces that were mostly black. Mine was overcooked. Both lacked flavor. Instead of icing for the cinnamon twists, we received marinara sauce. We had a bad experience here about a year ago and decided to give it another try. We won’t order from here

The pizza from this domino’s far passes any others I have had from any other domino’s. Pizza is fantastic, garlic bread twists are amazing, and my son LOVES the boneless wings. You guys rock!

ordered from w. southport store, Indianapolis. Person on phone was friendly, delivery person was friendly.Order arrived fairly quick.Pasta bowl was great. Italian sandwich, not so much. Very dry. Not sure if I'll order again. I'll have to think about that one.
