I don't typically order Domino's pizza but kept seeing commercials for their emergency pie and thought it was a great deal. I placed an order online and waited. 30 minutes passed and I checked my order through their order tracker in the confirmation email which read "complete" even though I hadn't received my pizza yet. I called the store to find out what happened and was told that new customer "no pay" (cash) orders require a phone call and because I wasn't reached, the delivery driver went on to his next drop off. I was sitting near the door and didn't hear a knock, either. The number that generated from my account was an old number and the new number I input when placing the order didn't populate upon order confirmation. This wasn't an issue for me as I understand mistakes happen, technology messes up, etc. I asked the woman who answered the phone if I could have a fresh pizza since she told me it would take an additional 20 minutes for me to receive the original pie (by the time it would arrive, it would have been driving around in the car for an hour- 55 minutes to be exact) to which her reply, with a condescending attitude, was "well, maybe put the correct phone number next time." Thankfully, it takes much more than this to ruffle my feathers. Ultimately, I'm assuming I received a fresh pizza but who knows. Due to the poor emotional regulation and communication skills of staff at this location, I will be ordering my next pizza from a different store.

We order a couple of times a month. Our order is always correct, hot, and delicious. More times than not the pizza is delivered earlier than expected.

Food was as expected from Domino's, No issues there. Service was slow, BUT they were totally swampped on a Friday night!!! They did apologize and explain how busy they were. Thanked us for our patience as well. Good experience overall.

Always love this store ....only thing is they are offering to upgrade 1 of your mediums to a large at this time but must of missed me with that one ...you know the commercial about skimpflation lol dont offer it if your not going to do it

I’m here out of town on a work trip. Food came quick to the hotel straight to my room no issues. Wish my local Dominos was this prompt.

The best we’ve had here !! We have a dominos closer to us than this store but this store makes it way better so we don’t mind to go a little further for better quality ! Thanks for the food and great customer service ! And for making my family’s dinner ♥️??

The food wasn't very warm on pickup and they forgot to add pineapple to my Hawaiian pizza. That's the only ingredient that was important.

Id rate the food if the employees were kind enough to answer the locked door instead of staring through the window at a customer. Most lousy customer service I've ever experienced.

Wow. Forget time-zones... 640a EST=both amazing service and astounding food!I was genuinely taken aback: the first bit if the 'za was almost too hot!! The pasta? Amazing temp. The side - hot. Wow.Breakfask/(my) dinner?? Far better than I expected.Well done! I'll be returning many times - for sure.

Was here getting pizza for a crowd on a Saturday night and they were slammed. Still got me my 14 pizza order in good time and were very friendly and communicative. Excellent Domino's!!
