I waited 30 minutes in the lobby. There were 4 of us. They didn’t even look at us. I had to yell and ask them what was going on. They then paid attention and gave us the pizzas. Most were wrong. Don’t go here.

I ordered thru the online app and it said my food was ready. I get up to the place to get my pizza and they haven't even got my pizzas started. Yet told me it would be a few minutes. I sat in my car for 40 mins after that. With NO compensation at all. Mind you they had someone else's mobile order ready before mines. Avoid this place.
Edit: They do not care. They reply with bot messages as well. I won't be eating here ever again.

I have been owed a pizza for over a month now and no matter what I do this store finds a way to make sure I don't get it. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Go anywhere else for pizza, even another domino's. Not this one.
They took over an hour on my order. And they didn’t even get my order right. Ordered a beef pizza and they didn’t add the beef, added spinach to my bbq pizza and didn’t add it, instead they added bacon which we can’t eat for religious reasons & paid extra for pan and one side was flat and it looked like a regular pizza. I tried giving this place another shot and it’s just horrible.

I ordered last week for the first time from this location, despite the low reviews. I should have stayed away.
On the order were two pizzas and two pastas. The pastas were dry (not enough sauce) and burnt. No idea how the person who made it decided to send that. One pizza was actually correct, but another was missing a whole topping.
I recommend Brownsburg Domino's, everything that comes from there is top quality.

This location did an amazing job with a large last-minute order. They had it all ready on time and had amazing service and also helped us out with plates, napkins, and cups.

4 hours late. Impossible to contact. Can't follow instructions.
I ordered from this store via the app to have my dinner delivered. I was given an estimated delivery wait time of 23-33 minutes. It's a Friday, I figured it would be a bit longer than they estimated. No big deal. I waited and waited. I waited some more. After over two hours of no news and no food. I eventually called the store to get a refund, but wouldn't you know? I sat on hold for over 30 minutes, never once reaching a person to speak with.
After 10 p.m., I gave up and went to bed. I woke up to my doorbell camera notifying me that my order had eventually arrived, 4. HOURS. LATE. But, I had selected contactless delivery and figured the driver would just leave it on my porch as instructed. At least I had the food, right? Nope. He took it with him! Hope he enjoyed his free dinner.
Even when I tried to tell Dominos about the insane ordeal, all I was offered was points for a free medium pizza or 25% off my next order. Yeah, like those are fitting compensations for this. I will be getting my money back and I will NOT be going through this again. I know others will suffer as I did because who reads reviews on a chain they should be able to trust?
I really hope this store gets it together.

First time ordering wife suggested, Domino's was running a 50% deal. Driver had many stops along the way and unfortunately we were last. I went ahead and preheated oven I know the routine unfortunately. But 2 pizzas and some sort of cheese bread arrived. As expected box barely warm. Opened pizzas both were totally smashed and stuck to inside of box and slices all jammed up in a mess. Had to drive up to store cause I was on hold from time I left house till I pulled into parking lot. Counter guy apologized said they were under staffed but this was not a under staffing issue. So got refund issued but was told 8-10 till it would be back on my card? That too is unacceptable. So the first time was the last unfortunately I was kinda looking forward to trying Domino's pizza again it has been probably 25 plus year since last time I have had it.

I placed a 36 dollar order for delivery and they couldn't deliver it, and I couldn't drive to pick it up that day. When I told the lady on the phone I couldn't pick it up she just said "ok" and hung up on me without any mention of what's going on or when I'd be getting a refund. That was January 6th. It's now the 15th and they still won't refund my order and whenever I call I'm on hold for 20+ minutes. Never ordering from this location again.

The drivers are always polite. The food, though, is either messed up or cold almost every time. This time, the mac n cheese that I paid $7.00 for had literally 6 bites in it. Not even at the halfway point. The pizza was so cold. It was dried out.

Ordered online no phone call no nothing canceled my order so I call them. We don't have wings or pasta. Okay cool. Ordered just pizza and breadsticks. They canceled my order again and I call and guess what no cheese now what is going on with this joke of a place. Won't be back out 160 bucks but I will get my money back.
