This is hands down the best dominoes in the city. The other ones are rude , EXTREMELY slow , and the pizzas don’t even have what you order half of the time. This store always makes great pizzas and they help you as soon as you walk in the store.

A Disappointing and Heartless Experience

I regret to share an incredibly disappointing experience I had with this Domino's Pizza recently (ordered January-18-2025 around 9:55PM. Address: Capitol Avenue Indianapolis). I had always trusted Domino's for quality and efficiency, but my recent interaction has left me feeling utterly disappointed and frankly, quite hurt. I have been ordering and enjoying Domino's my whole life. But I don't think I will ever come back and I would advise everyone to turn away honestly.

I placed an order through the Domino's app in good faith, intending to provide a warm and enjoyable meal for my family. However, the delivery took a dire turn when I was informed by the driver that my order was handed over to someone else who supposedly claimed my name. It's important to note that this person was not me, I don't know who that was.

Reaching out to rectify this mistake turned into a frustrating ordeal. After numerous attempts to contact the driver and the store, I finally managed to get through. I explained that we were left with nothing to feed my family, hoping for a compassionate resolution. Sadly, the response I received was anything but empathetic. The delivery driver and manager dismissed my plight, essentially telling me it wasn't their concern. The lack of humanity in their reply was appalling.

I inquired if they could describe the person who improperly received my order or at least inform me of the apartment entrance to which it was delivered, so I could follow up with the apartment management. Shockingly, they refused to provide any details (said it's not their business basically) leaving me to decipher the situation myself. This gave me the unsettling impression that the situation was handled negligently and perhaps with underlying racial biases. It felt disregarded and invalidated. I didn't mind that much someone else stole my order, it was the fact of how cruel the response was, that was disappointing.

Despite my request for them to make it right – whether through a refund, a credit, or simply a sincere acknowledgment of the issue – I was met with zero assistance. The absence of compassion and basic customer service left me disheartened.

I don't desire for the manager or the driver to face termination as a result of this complaint. Instead, I sincerely hope they reflect on their actions and develop a deeper sense of empathy for their customers. No one should be made to feel dismissed and unheard, especially after such a distressing incident.

Ultimately, I was advised to visit dominos.com to resolve my dispute. While I intend to follow this recommendation, I am sharing my experience here to highlight the need for improvement in customer service at this Domino's.

I truly hope that Domino's takes these experiences to heart and employs more considerate approaches in the future. A display of compassion can profoundly affect a customer's experience. Regrettably, this experience has tarnished my perception of a brand I once held in high regard.

Placed an order at 730 PM over the phone, just received my order at 930. I called repeatedly to find out the status of my order since I called it in, didn't get any updates. Each time I called back it was at least a 20 minute wait to even get someone on the phone. My food finally arrived and was missing multiple items, like caesar dressing for a caesar salad - zero dressing at all. It's clear this site is incredibly understaffed, but please make it right.
