Dominoâs food is always good, but this location SUCKS for delivery times & quality. I have ordered from here over a half dozen times and never once have I gotten an order that was satisfying (regarding getting decent pizzas made how I ask) or even within a half hour of the original promised time. They are ALWAYS. EXTREMELY. LATE. This location ruins my long-standing, high affinity for Dominoâs. I loved you all through high school and college, but Iâm souring quickly.
On top of this, Dominoâs website has gotten progressively worse with every update. Are there 13 years old software engineers working on the website? Who the heck are your front-end devs? How is it even possible to make a website so much worse over such a small period of time??? Who is getting paid for this???

Was staying in downtown Indy when the road construction was a total mess. Streets closed and reroutes yada yada. Kevin our delivery driver was a Rock Star. He went above and way beyond getting us our pizza. Thanks Kevin youâre a gem.

Walk in order and took 50 minutes for a single large. After waiting in my car for 30 minutes walked in to get my pizza and they forgot to make it. Not going back here

I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience here! Iâm vegan and gluten free and I was actually able to eat here for a reasonable price. Also their gluten free crust was surprisingly good, and everyone I interacted with was very kind and helpful. The drive thru window is kinda hard to get to, but there are arrows on the building to help direct you.
Ordered delivery and my food was delivered within fifteen minutes! Our driver was friendly and gave us lots of cups, napkins, and plates! I highly recommend this Dominoâs location.

Yesterday night 8/24/25 around 8:30pm I experienced the worst medium handmade pan cheese pizza I ever encountered. Iâve been going to this Dominos franchise for a while and this spot was giving more chances than 1.
This time the pizza was so worst, its found his new home, the trash. It was so bad I couldnât even fix myself to ask for a âremakeâ I couldnât even trust who was behind the register as a team. Note to the, hiring manager. You genuinely lost a customer who lovess pizza. Note, to whoever was in charged of the âhacksawâ pizza and falsely notifying that the pizza is âready for pickupâ 9/10 itâs never ready. You will not make it far with putting out mess like that.
I will never be back I hope you guys clean up the corporate mess as business. No manager on site should fake a quality check as far as the pizza, like the app âINFORMS YOUâ employees/ managers.
I wish a positive outcome for the franchiseâs owner and hope he/she is actively aware of this complaint. Iâm a business owner myself and if my employees were performing poorly , it would be a blessing for a complaint to improve the company, not tear it down. 1 star for for a serious âquality check of employeesâ.

Very poor delivery service. The order was delivered on the street across and when i called them to ask about the whereabouts, the staff said - â I certainly delivered the ordered and knocked on the doorâ ( i never heard a knock because it was not my door they knocked). Moreover, the representative was constantly asking me to âCALM DOWNâ and mention that they had left the pizza outside my door. This is not the first time the pizza has gone to a different location. Very poor service

Not a good experience at the pickup window. We pulled up and the girl opened the window and said (Order...) in a nasty smirk way. And after about 3 min she came to the window with our food and just handed it to us without saying a word and closed the window in our faces. When we got home we checked the order and it was what we ordered but didn't hardly have any pepperoni on it or pineapple. And we ordered Alfredo sauce as our base and theres barely any of it on the damn pizza.Also our pizza and side was cold. My best guess is when it came out of the oven it was just thrown on a counter or rack without any heat applied to it. I feel like they were shutting everything down early so they could go home because the one girl ran into the walk in cooler to grab our dips. I won't be going to this location ever again and I highly suggest that nobody else goes there either because there's a very good chance it won't be a pleasant experience. This place is absolutely GARBAGE!!!!!
