We will drive an hour again for this experience. A cut way above a typical Mexican restaurant.

We ordered food to go. Two entrees and 2 cocktails. The bill was $63.52. They left our drinks sitting on the bar. They forgot some of our order and tried to short us a large guacamole. No tip today. Except this one...Do Your Damn Job!

Chips/salsa are not complimentary. Only have two mild choices - both very hot. Chips are thick, not freshly made. Was served a Margarita from a mixed bottle - too sweet and not delicious. When I said I didn't like it, was told there is a fresh margarita that I could've ordered. Why wasn't it offered or suggested? Great location but I'll not return.

I got 2 chicken tacos, & the nachos come with steak or chicken I chose steak, beans, tomatoes, lettuce, shredded cheese, & queso. What I didn’t like about the nachos is they should use real beans instead of refried beans & I didn’t like the queso I think you should ask for it on the side and put the queso on yourself. I also got the 2 chicken tacos I feel like the chicken was dry in my opinion. My wife she got 2 elote (street corn), quesadilla, she loved it, she gave the food a 4.7 out 5. They do offer a salsa bar where you serve yourself all different kinds of salsa. It wasn’t a bad experience at all for our first time just thought my food could’ve been a little better in what I detailed in my review. Thank you.

I called to order tripe tacos and I specifically told them not to be so golden, and they looked like chicharon tacos, how bad it was to take away.... but hey, the birria tacos are really good ? and the horchata water as well. Only if they order food in some way I think they should pay more attention...

We were on our way to our favorite taco truck on the west side and decided to stop here instead so we could have a sit-down meal. We were told to choose any table, so we sat down and we were promptly greeted by a friendly server. We ordered the quesabirria tacos, chicken flautas, chips and salsa, and Mexican Cokes. The chips are 99 cents and weren't my favorite, but I was intrigued by the salsa bar and wanted to check it out, so we ordered the chips. The salsa bar had many options for salsa and some garnishes like pickled onion, radishes, and jalapeños in vinegar. Our food came out pretty quick and we were excited to dig in. The flautas were out of this world! Very simple with just chicken and cheese in them, but the chicken was the best I've had at any Mexican restaurant. Definitely a 10/10. The birria tacos were good. Not fantastic but still good. The meat was probably the best I've had but there was something missing in the dipping sauce. We couldn't put our finger on it. I'd give them 7.5/10. We were overall satisfied with the food and service and we will be back. I would give them a solid 4.7/10. Prices were reasonable too. We spent $32 for everything before tip.
