Super horrible service, we ordered and over a hour later we called to where they were and it rang twice and they hung up on me

I’ve ordered here for years, with family. In my past I’ve paid cash, and just got my first credit card. Got tricked into tipping. Everyone has struggles and I can’t afford to tip. I don’t eat out much. I’ll pay exact cash like I’ve done in the past if I decide to dine here again.

My pizza literally had no cheese on it and my wings barely had rub on them

Completely incompetent staff! I've ordered delivery twice directly through their site. First time they left the chicken off and delivered me a cheese pizza. Tonight they brought me 2 breadsticks, forgetting the pizza entirely, and Doordash delivered expecting me to pay $15.55 cash for the 2 breadsticks then sort it out with the store. I rejected the order, obviously not paying for food I didn't receive. Will be ordering my pizza elsewhere from now on.

Checked on line for menu. There wasn't one. Called this store. Had to navigate an AI phone menu that wanted my name. I finally got it to transfer me to a human. The human (Jesse) couldn't help me and wanted to transfer me somewhere else and kept interrupting me. If he can't help customers WHY is he answering the phone? It's just pizza and should not be so complicated. He said I might get disconnected and would need to call back if that happened. He kept talking over me and interrupting. Very frustrating person. I wasn't dealing with that AI from hell phone menu again and hung up. Their AI and lack of personal service cost the restaurant an order tonight. We went elsewhere. I should have known from the 3 star rating this place was a nightmare. Don't waste your time.

Just moved into the area from Nora. This Donatos is close, clean with a friendly staff. We did take out. Big Dons the best. Wife had a personal pizza.

Getting the order right is super awesome. Some places forget toppings. They've been good about not missing toppings. Always check for me before I leave as well. Never burnt or undercooked. Cauliflower crust is good. Nice folks.
