My pizza literally had no cheese on it and my wings barely had rub on them

Completely incompetent staff! I've ordered delivery twice directly through their site. First time they left the chicken off and delivered me a cheese pizza. Tonight they brought me 2 breadsticks, forgetting the pizza entirely, and Doordash delivered expecting me to pay $15.55 cash for the 2 breadsticks then sort it out with the store. I rejected the order, obviously not paying for food I didn't receive. Will be ordering my pizza elsewhere from now on.

Checked on line for menu. There wasn't one. Called this store. Had to navigate an AI phone menu that wanted my name. I finally got it to transfer me to a human. The human (Jesse) couldn't help me and wanted to transfer me somewhere else and kept interrupting me. If he can't help customers WHY is he answering the phone? It's just pizza and should not be so complicated. He said I might get disconnected and would need to call back if that happened. He kept talking over me and interrupting. Very frustrating person. I wasn't dealing with that AI from hell phone menu again and hung up. Their AI and lack of personal service cost the restaurant an order tonight. We went elsewhere. I should have known from the 3 star rating this place was a nightmare. Don't waste your time.

Just moved into the area from Nora. This Donatos is close, clean with a friendly staff. We did take out. Big Dons the best. Wife had a personal pizza.

Getting the order right is super awesome. Some places forget toppings. They've been good about not missing toppings. Always check for me before I leave as well. Never burnt or undercooked. Cauliflower crust is good. Nice folks.

The window service is horrible, it's the fifth time they haven't served us after nine

I guess it's alright with some employees to just not give you your change at the window. Guy had an attitude when I asked for my change after he gave me my food. I was planning on giving a tip (which isn't even necessary when ordering carryout) but i decided against it when he decided he was just going to try to steal a tip regardless. Trash.

Took my grandkids after an appointment close by. We had pepperoni pizza, double the yummy breadsticks, a pineapple and black olive pizza and wings to go. What stood out at this visit was the young lady at the counter. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, it was Wednesday, May 29, about 1pm. She was the best, prompt service, patient with my little greats, and kept checking to see if we needed anything else, offered them a treat. Our to go order was a success for dad and big brother later.

Parking: Limited parking that day, small lot shared with other business.

We are now on the 4th time getting the wrong pizza delivered (even though I it was correct on the receipt),delay in time of delivery, etc. with the Donatos on Shadeland. We’re done ordering from a place that has such terrible customer service even though it’s so convenient.

Order 1 medium pizza at 8:20pm tonight. It’s 10:33 and still have not received the pizza.
11:30. Pizza never came

We had a great experience. Our refrigerator went out so we needed to get enough food to last us through the day. Mya even gave us 4 cups of ice for our pop. Thank you Mya!

Night of Dec 16: completely unresponsive employees

Horrible experience, avoid this place at all cost.Ordered at 6 on Friday evening and arrived for drive thru pickup at 6:30. I was 4th in line. By 7:15 I was still 4th in line and hadn’t moved one inch. Nobody came out or to the window to tell any of us what was going on, could see through the windows that there was a line of people inside as well, but people were still eventually getting their food. It was like drive thru didn’t exist.After sitting in my car for 45 minutes I put in an online order at Jets Pizza across the street and headed that way. I was on my way home with pizza 15 minutes later.This restaurant is a complete mess. Jets is a better value for your money anyway, I highly recommend steering clear of this place
