We ordered a pizza here online. The app said it was ready and by the time went to go pick it up, it wasn't even in the oven yet. Spent an extra 15 minutes for it. Would not offer any money back for the delay. Staff were not friendly and didn't want to work with me to compensate this order. Tried to shove me out the door. Staff also threw things at each other in the kitchen. Explicit language and severe lack of customer service. Food safety is questionable here. PSA: order your pizza somewhere else.

Horrible experience, avoid this place at all cost.Ordered at 6 on Friday evening and arrived for drive thru pickup at 6:30. I was 4th in line. By 7:15 I was still 4th in line and hadn’t moved one inch. Nobody came out or to the window to tell any of us what was going on, could see through the windows that there was a line of people inside as well, but people were still eventually getting their food. It was like drive thru didn’t exist.After sitting in my car for 45 minutes I put in an online order at Jets Pizza across the street and headed that way. I was on my way home with pizza 15 minutes later.This restaurant is a complete mess. Jets is a better value for your money anyway, I highly recommend steering clear of this place

This location is really convenient for me, and I had not had Donatos in years! They usually have coupons or deals for carry out. We ordered 2 pizzas for carry out online. Pick up was easy, as they have a drive through on the side of the building. Overall, the pizza was delicious just like I had remembered.

Called corporate number and store number to get hung up on SIX times.After getting through, told them I'm canceling my order and was told "Too bad, Doordash picked it up already picked it up"...This Place Should Close!!! Customer service is absolutely terrible. I saw they messed up my pizza when I got home, so I called the store to ask what my options are to get it fixed/ replaced. The manager answers the phone and I said “hey how are you” he literally Sits in silence for a good 30 sec and just responds “fine”. Lol I explain the situation to him and ask if I can come back at a later time to get my pizza replaced because it’s Literally 5:27pm ( RUSH HOUR ) and I don’t live close by he says to somebody in the kitchen “ the rush hour traffic is just absolutely killing her so we’ll have to remake it later I’m sure we’ll all still be here to remember”. So rude. He’s got to be the most miserable person I was extremely friendly and nice considering the fact that MY food was messed up.

We really used to like Donatos pizza and it was always a treat when driving through the area. However, after today's visit I doubt we will return. Service was ok, staff was friendly and pizza was good. We ordered a pizza, bread sticks, two fountain sodas and then I asked for two waters (my husband doesn't drink pop and my 3 year old doesn't need it). He paid and they went in the back...didn't give us a receipt but he assumed it would come with the pizza. It didn't so I went up and asked for one as we were leaving, which they printed off for usWe were shocked (to say the least) that we were charged 5.38 for two Aquafina waters. Thinking this was just an honest mistake I went back in and talked to the cashier. She informed me that was correct. They have to ring it up somehow and that's the only thing in their system. For two fountain waters ..they charged 5.38. That's crazy. Oh yeah and conveniently they had Aquafina in the case behind the register. We won't be back here.

The staff exhibited no concern for the mistake Donatos made. I will NEVER patronize any Donatos again. It was ugly and I feel race was a factor.
This is the worse store to go to if you’re picking up an order for someone. I was approached. Y two people 4/29/23 asking what order I was picking up and I didn’t even get a estimate on a wait time or any kind of communication as to what the hell the wait is for. Standing at the counter for 20 minutes. Bad customer service, bad attitudes, the GM should really be more better selective at who they hire….

The pizza and other food are fine. We usually order pickup here and it seems like every time we go there we're waiting quite some time for our food. I don't think it's the fault of the employees. They're just under staffed.
