Well we order a cheese pizza bread sticks and a works pizza the cheese pizza was burnt so we go back and the guy says well are pizza come out dark lmfao ok my husband worked for your company for years and knows that is bullshit

When visiting this specific location I witnessed the Manager on duty and a team member yelling at a delivery driver in front of other customers! The delivery driver looked as if they were humiliated and upset over the incident. When calling to confront the person's involved, I was rudely talked to and hung up on immediately, instead of trying to show remorse or understanding for their lack of poor attitude. I will not be returning to that place of establishment in the foreseeable future!

Ordered online. Arrived at pickup window on time. Car in front of me sat there for five minutes and no worker came. That car parked and went in. I pulled up to the window and sat for five minutes. Finally, I honked. The worker who had been doing her best not to acknowledge the pickup window finally came over. She acted like I was rude for expecting someone to actually attend to the pickup window. Got my pizza but they forgot the breadsticks. Asked me to pull up and they would bring out in a couple minutes. Waited 5, finally went in. Asked for breadsticks and they acted like I was bothering them. Terribly run and even worse customer service.

i tried calling to place an order after the app and website wouldn’t work, they picked up the phone and hung up on me. been a customer and rewards member since 2017 but i’m good now.

Love donatos pizza, but this one looked like it was dropped. It was supposed to be 1/2 hawaiian and 1/2 all the meats. The ingredients were everywhere as were the pieces. We couldn't tell what was what. Very disappointing.

The manager here is trash!!!! Some man name Michael throw a soda at me. They stole my money I made an order it was 27.00 well when my food got there it was cold so I went back to get a refund they gave me 10.00 saying that’s all I paid but I showed the receipt and they said I was lying so basically they stole 17.00 dollars from me

Ordered $80 worth of pizza for delivery and I didn't get my $10 worth of sauces. I called the store 4 times and got no answer. I drove up to the store to grab my sauces. The customer rep. stated he could only reimbursement me for the sauces but couldn't give me a discount for my inconvenience. He then offered he could give me EITHER $5 off my NEXT order OR the reimbursement for the sauces, but not both. The rude manager claimed if I would've called, he would've had my sauces delivered. I told him I called several times. He stated he never heard the phones ring when I called. I showed him on my phone that I called 4 times and he stated "He doesn't the store's number" I have pictures of proof I called and that I called the right store. I will be contacting corporate about the manager and how he is with customers.

The guy in grey shirt tonight (might be the manager) is terrible, he treated us Uber drivers terribly, I saw & heard him cus out and cancel some other Uber drivers order after he drove all the way here for pick up. Very rude guy. The girl working tonight & the guy in black(maybe a cook) we’re very sweet. But the manager has anger issues and needs to be fired. He’s very intimidating. Donatos pizza already tasted like cardboard & with that customer service I have no idea how they are open.

100% worst customer service ever make since why they’re serving pizza

The worst ever! My pizza was awful. stay away from thus place.

UNBELIEVABLY RUDE manager. Refused to give me his name. Will be calling corporate on Monday. Cussed me out and hung up on me when i called to inquire about our pizza being over 40 min later than our quoted time.
Also they use a call center who seem completely useless and can’t help with such complaints. All they can do is transfer back to the store with the same manger that did this. Pizzas 50 and cold. I never give them another dime.
