I received a burnt pizza last night on my way home from visiting my husband in the hospital, and was so disappointed that I took it back to this location on my way home again from the hospital. The manager shut the window in my face and told me that I should have returned it last night! It was the rudest encounter that I have had in years. He did not acknowledge my dismay and seemed to be one of the worst individuals ever to have in a management position. I will never visit any of these locations again. Going to the Ordinary instead.

I order from this location bi-weekly and have for the past 10 yrs. I can honestly say that out of all of those times, I've only ever had a couple of issues and that is pretty impressive. This is a great location with great food and service.

No frills pizzeria experience. I actually ordered the Calzone, expecting a pizza crust folded over stuffed with the double sausage I ordered with cheese. Traditionally, these have been served with the tomato sauce on the side in a dipping container. I was surprised to find the sauce was baked in (they do serve a small cup of additional sauce on the side). I have to be cautious on the intake of tomato acid. The Calzone was served hot and sliced into 4 slices, making it easy to enjoy.

I’ve written a handful of reviews in decades, however last night was unreal. I paid $11 for a ham and cheese sub. Barely barely barely any meat on it. I should have taken a photo, I was so frustrated after my wait and 12 min drive there. Other than that food was very good as usual.

I really enjoy the food but I really hate placing orders at this location. Take the time to go over to Madison Avenue, You wont regret it. IDK if the guy("Manager") there locks the doors and doesn't answer the phones because he is having a mental breakdown due to "short staff" or is doing drugs in the bathroom ignoring the fact that he is at WORK and has a job to do, but he always seems extremely off and super unorganized and is always screwing something up. I just don't get it and that's coming from someone who has worked at a Donatos and knows how things actually work. Take my advice and go somewhere else.Parking: I dont really have anything nice to say about this location after the multiple times ive been inconvenienced.

Every time we order takeout at the location we have a problem. All they ever tell me you'll have to call corporate. I have of points to redeem but I can never use them at this location. They just tell me to call corporate call corporate call corporate...i feel this is a franchise owner problem! Won't be spending 65.00 dollars there anymore.

We ordered 3 large pizzas from this location tonight. One pizza was incorrectly made and when I called back to report it the " so called" manager said the order was processed incorrectly and hung up on me. This place is so unprofessional and their pizza isn't worth the overpriced cost! We will never order pizza from this location again! Zero customer service skills. Pitiful management so I understand why their customer service is so poor.

I am not required to give a phone number when placing an order on the phone. Do not order from this or any other donatos location. Not everyone has phone cell phones and it's not ok to say that you have to provide a phone number to place an order over the phone, online or in person.
