I ordered pickup for 6:15 pm. Didn't leave until 7 pm. I ordered a small meatlovers pizza and 5 chicken wings. I live 10 minutes away, and both had to be warmed up. All the employees there were confused, and all orders were all late coming out.

Not a bad review guy, and I’ve ordered from here both pickup & delivery many times, but tonight has been a truly embarrassing display of service. Ordered delivery, after 30+ minutes after quoted time I try calling the store (it’s a corporate automated system) and am finally connected to the store— am told it just got picked up and will be delivered soon. 30 minutes after THAT (full hour past delivery) I get a text that now DoorDash is delivering and it’ll be another 30 minutes. Try to call again to see what’s going on, the system gets me forwarded to the store and I’m promptly hung up on, a call back the operator at the forwarding service hangs up on me instead of transferring me (maybe an accident). Finally got the order cancelled, and this is the last time I’ll be ordering with this Donatos, there’s too many other pizza places nearby to deal with this kind of treatment.

My company catered lunch from them for an all hands meeting. The pizzas all seemed very salty. Crust was extremely thin and cut in small rectangles. When we got to eating everything seemed colder and dryer, like no hot melting cheese. Didn't enjoy it as much as say Monical's or Marco's.

The Manager was great first time there help me with getting the pizza I was looking for he took time to help me and talk to me like I was the only person there pizza was hot fresh and good will definitely be back

Gluten-free pizza was the very BEST I've had.. EVER!! I will definitely be returning. The cause was plentiful and the meats were delish!!! The crust was baked PERFECTLY. Thank you for going above the norm!! In quality and see service. I was greeted quickly and was served with a heart felt thank you and smile.

For 19.28 I could find a whole lot better meal to eat than at this place The servings are not what they Say they are These are chicken wings not drumsticks The meatballs are a size of marbles The picture shows big meatballs But the size of Silver dollar These are not these are marbles They told us it would be 20 to 30 minutes we were there one hour And the stuff came out it was still cold They need more staff And they need Better people working at the front desk I only gave Two star rating And I won't be

The food was awesome. I haven't had Donatos in a very long time and it was exactly as I remembered it, maybe even better. My favorite part is the nacho cheese dip with the breadsticks, but I have to say that the pizza was well cooked and they were not stingy with ingredients. We were actually able to get a pizza that was safe for someone who has a ton of food allergies, which is a rarity in pizza options.
Dietary restrictions: My daughter is allergic to so many ingredients and we were able to get her a pizza, just without cheese. She was ecstatic
