I ordered a large meats pizza I got a I’m guessing medium pepperoni that had so much sauce on it, I had to remove the toppings and scrap the crust off in order to eat it. First time I’ve had donato’s in like 15 years and I think it’s going to be at least that before I try it again.

I'd like to leave a review that isn't favorable at the moment. I may rewrite it with a more positive experience later. Perhaps this will prompt a response from corporate, as I've tried contacting them once before but received no return call or email.To any customer considering ordering online, please be aware that their website isn't user-friendly by any standards.Our experiences, along with examples, have cost us money and led to disappointing meals.For instance, coupons have failed to load correctly on two different occasions. Also, the process to apply a coupon is a three-step process that sometimes gets deleted upon checkout, which is not easily done by any standards.On one occasion, the online ordering system changed our ingredients upon checkout, giving us cauliflower gluten-free crust (which is not something we wanted at all).When we informed the customer representative at the store that this wasn't what we ordered, they became defensive and kept repeating, "Well, this is what you ordered online."Honestly, as a paying customer for "high-end, expensive pizza," my only concern is returning home with the correct pizza for my wife and family.Needless to say, I haven't ordered pizza from there again. Today, my wife and I decided to give them another chance with a simple order—something that's pre-made and almost impossible to mess up unless we forget to check for the salad dressing.We ordered the Mediterranean Salad for a quick, light dinner. We did enjoy their blue cheese, chicken, cranberry, spinach, apple cider vinegar entrée salad.All I can say is, somehow, we got the short end of the stick again. I'm not suggesting anyone did anything on purpose, but we paid over $18.00 for two salads, and it seems whoever prepared these salads for sale(s) didn't include any blue cheese and replaced it with two soft slices of tomatos. I'm pretty sure the other ingredients were also pretty sparse. Mostly iceberg lettuce with four leaves of spinach and two thin slices of pre-cooked chicken.Something I have also battled with is getting a well done pizza crust. I have spoken to the store prior to ordering and I'm sure they attempted to make it "Well done". But floppy pizza crust isn't really well done.

Said it would be delivered at 7:36pm.. at 8:40pm we call to check on order.. was told the driver had been in a wreck, dropped a pizza and they were running behind and would make sure our food was fresh and hot..at the same time we have a knock on the door with cold pizza and burnt breadsticks..

Once when I got it there was a LIVING COCKROACH in the pizza. So I had to throw it out. Then another time I had it I got a horrible stomachache that I could only get rid of by throwing up. Which felt like I was DYING. And it gave me horrible diarrhea and made me burp so much. and made my burps smell like literal farts. Also, if anyone in a higher power then the manager sees this, i want you to fire her. The manager is so rude and disrespectful.

Just ordered a Hot Honey Pepperoni pizza. Got home there was not a single piece of Pepperoni on it. Called and management said they would remake it. Went to pick it up and she was super unfriendly and rude. Like I'm running some sort of $20 pizza scam lol. I order from here once a week usually a works pizza. I'm not ordering for a while completely unprofessional. Basically accusing me of being a thief. Your employees are full of it. Check the cameras if you want. I posted a pic as well. So rude and unprofessional.
PSA to all the customers, your pizzas are made at 9am and noon everyday and sit there until you order them even at 9pm. In the morning you run the chance of have a pizza made of scraped off cheese left on a pizza overnight. One of the filthiest kitchens you've ever seen, a quick wipe down turns the towels black ?

The manager was very rude to all the customers the lady that helped me was very nice she told me she was sorry for him being rude to me he was cussing at the customer he was talking mad stuff about his employees that is not professional at all then I get home and my bread sticks was hard the cheese was burnt I WILL NEVER GO BACK

Ordered 12 breadsticks and only got 4. Then they told us they’d deliver the rest since we are only 10 minutes away. Then they called back and told us we would have to pick it up. Food not even worth it. Would never recommend to anyone.
