I ordered through door dash. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and that only. I, instead got someone else's order. When I reordered my food, they canceled it, then doordash had to reroute it to another location. Pendleton Pike Donatos has fallen off... BAD.

Placed an order it said it would be ready at 1:53. Waited in the parking lot for ten minute then I drove up at 1:53 waited for 7 minutes then I knocked on the window. As I waited I seen the manager walk past twice. Knocked again and waited. The manager finally came to the window and said” We heard you” I said well I’ve been waiting and I didn’t know you knew I was out here. Then she said well it’s only two of us in here and we had other stuff to do. I said well I had no idea it was two staff. Can I pick up my order she kept saying I heard you. I told her I never said anything disrespect to her and she kept talking crazy to her and I said can I have my order and she looked sideways and I said never mind. I will be reaching out to corporate.

I ordered a 6 piece boneless chicken which was supposed to be tossed in garlic Parmesan instead I got 6 piece plain boneless wings. I was already home when I realized my order was incorrect. Very disappointed....

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! This establishment has been franchised and the new employees and owners do not care about the service . Food was cold and employees attitude are horrible. Employees are cussing and talking very loud with customers inside. Do NOT spend money at this place.

Inconsistent! I've gotten the same pizza on three different occasions and each time it taste different it went from good to bad so for that reason I do not recommend

We had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru for our food while the employee ignored us (despite our pizza sitting there getting cold the whole time). They made our pizza wrong and refused to do anything about it, stating we ordered incorrectly. Our order shows that they were the ones who made the mistake, not us. Rude staff and slow service. Not worth it! This location sucks.

We called after ordering a pizza 20 minutes passed the projected delivery time we asked when the projected wait time was. We got nothing but attitude from the lady that answered the phone. She 100% thought we were a call center or something and was so rude. We called her out on it and she began cussing and saying "we weren't getting shit". Unfortunately they didn't state their name. But it was around 830pm on 10/1. I hope corporate can pull that recorded call.
