We had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru for our food while the employee ignored us (despite our pizza sitting there getting cold the whole time). They made our pizza wrong and refused to do anything about it, stating we ordered incorrectly. Our order shows that they were the ones who made the mistake, not us. Rude staff and slow service. Not worth it! This location sucks.

We called after ordering a pizza 20 minutes passed the projected delivery time we asked when the projected wait time was. We got nothing but attitude from the lady that answered the phone. She 100% thought we were a call center or something and was so rude. We called her out on it and she began cussing and saying "we weren't getting shit". Unfortunately they didn't state their name. But it was around 830pm on 10/1. I hope corporate can pull that recorded call.

Ordered at the window with no option to go inside. Wait is 10 minutes, so you pull over to allow others to order. Sat in a line for 35 mins, they can't find my order. I'm told to pull around. 12 mins later , I'm serve cold food.

Food was ok - I ordered online - went through the drive thru and no one was there. Waited. Waited. Car pulls up behind me. Still no one. I pull around and the store is locked with a sign saying to go through the drive thru. ? I get back in the car and go back to the drive-thru and see the car that was behind me getting their food and leaving. Frustrating for sure. Especially since I used to be an assistant general manager for a successful donatos location.

I mostly get the personal serious cheese pizza. Always fresh never any issues
We're in town for the totality and needed some pizza. Donatos totally delivered! Order was ready within 20min and the food was delicious. We've never had Hawaiian pizza with cinnamon on it before and it was amazing! The cinnamon and party bread are also very good. 10/10 would pig out on Donatos again.

Spent 75 dollars on a delivery that was never coming. I called about a half hour after they said the food had left, I first called the driver and he said they gave the order to the wrong person so they knew what they did. I then called the store only for the "manager" to tell me my food had been given to some sketchy guy who he wasn't really sure about smh. I asked if the order could be replaced and was told that if it was was.. the so called "manager", (which sounded like a kid) literally said to me I would have to come pick the order up.. "because they didn't really want to have toremake the order", even though I paid for a delivery. Only other option was to cancel it, also no one was even going to notify me. I'd still be waiting had I not called to check on it. so my family will have to wait even longer now because I'm still working. I've given too much good money to this place to not even receive a viable resolution but a refund and a shoulder shrug. This place used to do good business, but I definitely won't be going back.

Ordered pizza here to find hair on my food as I am taking a bite out of it. Called the store back and asked to speak with the manager. The night manager worked on 12/19/2023told me “you’re cutting into my closing time what do you want me to do about it?”. And persist on it didn’t come from there, even though the pizza was freshly opened when the hair was noticed. Customer service is trash. If I could give zero stars I would give negative

They never mess up my order. If I had to have one complaint, it would be their prices. One large works, large pepperoni, and 6pc breadsticks will end up being about $50 after their $5.00 delivery fee, $4.00 taxes, and $4.00 or more tip to drive 7 min down the street. I know that's how they make money (they delivery through doordash). However, what exactly is my delivery fee donatos charges paying for??
