We're in town for the totality and needed some pizza. Donatos totally delivered! Order was ready within 20min and the food was delicious. We've never had Hawaiian pizza with cinnamon on it before and it was amazing! The cinnamon and party bread are also very good. 10/10 would pig out on Donatos again.

Spent 75 dollars on a delivery that was never coming. I called about a half hour after they said the food had left, I first called the driver and he said they gave the order to the wrong person so they knew what they did. I then called the store only for the "manager" to tell me my food had been given to some sketchy guy who he wasn't really sure about smh. I asked if the order could be replaced and was told that if it was was.. the so called "manager", (which sounded like a kid) literally said to me I would have to come pick the order up.. "because they didn't really want to have toremake the order", even though I paid for a delivery. Only other option was to cancel it, also no one was even going to notify me. I'd still be waiting had I not called to check on it. so my family will have to wait even longer now because I'm still working. I've given too much good money to this place to not even receive a viable resolution but a refund and a shoulder shrug. This place used to do good business, but I definitely won't be going back.

Ordered pizza here to find hair on my food as I am taking a bite out of it. Called the store back and asked to speak with the manager. The night manager worked on 12/19/2023told me “you’re cutting into my closing time what do you want me to do about it?”. And persist on it didn’t come from there, even though the pizza was freshly opened when the hair was noticed. Customer service is trash. If I could give zero stars I would give negative

Ordered delivery, found out it was door dash who was delivering. Took 45 minutes to get and it was cold. The food was good but way too expensive. Due to the long delivery when I live less than 10 minutes away I will never eat there again.

There have been errors in every order for the last year. Too many errors to list. A change of all employees every time I have arrived to pick up my orders. You can't run a successful business with this type of changes.

I spent $48 on a chicken spinach pizza, 6 breadsticks with cheese sauce. I also had a chicken caprese salad. This order was at 8pm on 11/4. A hour went by, I had to call to see where my order was at. Didn't arrive until 9:30pm. Pizza and breadsticks was cold. I also had a wrong salad. I had to call the restaurant to get my order replaced. For the money I spent, I wouldn't recommend the Sunnyside location to anyone.

Personally, I’ve never had a bad food experience at this location. My food is always hot and fresh and my order is correct. It’s typically ready by the time they say it will be. My issue is the customer service is AWFUL! Every time I come to pick up an order, I see multiple people working and walking back and forth in front of the drive thru window and even making eye contact with me but no one bothers to acknowledge me for a minimum of 3-4 minutes while the crew is yelling back and forth using f-bombs and having a party in the kitchen. It is incredibly unprofessional and rude. When they finally do acknowledge me at the window, there’s no smile, no apology, no please or thank you. The rest of the staff continues with yelling back and forth. The food is so good but to have this kind of terrible service over and over again is unacceptable.
The last 2 visits, the forgot a topping on my pizza.

I called at 12p for my order, told it’d take 15 min. Get there in 15 min, whoever is running the window didn’t mind making me wait, the interaction was cold, almost like I was bothering her. She takes my money, gives me my change and closes the window. I wanted to ask how much longer it was going to be so I knocked on the window, no response, I blow my horn, no response. I do each of these maybe twice…NO RESPONSE. I actually called the restaurant to let them know I’m in the drive and I just want to know how much longer it’ll be…I see someone and I blow the horn again…she didn’t even look up, she just got my pizza and brings it to me…I open, no extra cheese like I asked and paid for….seriously….?

This is my go to location, it’s close to home, they are always spot on with accuracy, friendly, helpful staff and my food is hot and well made. The occasional missed cuts or a very minor incident such as that, but nothing that would keep me from returning again and again.
