Donatos Pizza

The last two times Ive ordered delivery my orders were incorrect or incomplete. Once they forgot my sauce cups and both times my pizza was overcooked BADLY. It's a shame too cuz we've always loved Donatos.

Ordered on Donatos App. Arrived 10 mins after estimated pick up time, they had not put it in the oven yet. Did not appear to be particularly busy, just seemed like they did not care.

Been sitting at window for 14 minutes and no one has came to bring my food or even say hi, may we help you. No one. Will give then another ten minutes and if nothing I am leaving no food no payment. I have one year-old twins in the car so I cannot just get out and go and pick up the pizzas

I am totally shocked! I was at work and my kid wanted a pickle and pepperoni pizza. Doordash messed it up of course. I called the speedway location and found out they did not have the order it came from a different location. The manager surprised me and not only made my kid the pizza but also delivered it to him!! Like what?? BEST customer service is have ever had!! Hands down they have my business forever!!

Since they’ve started using a much smaller cup of cheese for your six piece breadstick, they put you in a position you must buy an extra cup. My last order they forgot the extra cup I paid for, this order they put it in there, but they only gave me 5 1/2 breadsticks over cooked, with no garlic… Literally there was one cut in half and the cut side was super hard. I may only order from Donatos‘s twice a year because there’s always something wrong with the food or order. Ridiculous. Don’t get me started on the pizza dough. That was extremely chewy. I should’ve known better looking at all of these reviews. Waste of my money. And clearly management is just responding with stock answers and not doing anything to compensate or take care Us customers.

I didn’t pick the store. The app did when I ordered. It was supposed to be delivered at 9:05 pm. Called numerous times to the store (no answer.) We went to bed at 10:20 pm. I woke up at 1:29 am. Cold pizza at my door. Never again will I order from them.

Whenever we came to pickup order in window here is one old guy his name is DON too much rude and like speak bla bla bla bla we come here multiple times but he doesn’t no how to talk with customers and we will never come more this store they did the same thing every time and that’s very frustrating 😠

It took me 2 hours to pick up an order from Door Dash and since I’m black, they didn’t like to attend to me they are very racist I don’t recommend this place to eat

The worst customer service I have ever received. She told me that was not her fault and there is nothing she can do about it and she said if I want new pizza I have to wait 15 to 20 minutes otherwise she can give your money back we spend our money, if they have a bad day, they don’t wanna work. They should be able to stay home very upsetting.
