Slowest restaurant ever. I waited in the drive-thru for 40 minutes just to pick up a medium pizza. The staff inside were on their phones and didn’t seem to care about customers or their work. Terrible service. Don’t order from here!

It's sad when u call in at 1 o'clock in the afternoon noon to get a personal pizza with 2 breadsticks and a drink, and the rude manager tells u it's a 45 minute wait. Not a sole in the parking lot either. You can't manage to throw 2 bread sticks and a tiny little pizza in the oven,in less than 45 minutes? I know why donatos are closing.
I have had plenty of pizzas from this store but today's was the worst I have ever had no cause and well done just terrible

Pick up order on Friday lunch. Got on line at time was told would be ready. It took 22 minutes to move 4 cars through line. I waited 5 minutes at window before I was helped and could see my order sitting on the shelf. Must be understaffed.

The service was excellent!!!! We were treated so wonderfully! My girls love coming to Donato's!! And I took my mom for the first time and she loved it!!! She said that pizza looks so perfect and tastes so good! Tim and Beca were awesome!!! We'll definitely keep going back!!!
Parking: It was easy to find parking. Also parking is close to the entrance.

Whooo, I gotta say, new management came in an threw it for a loop. Rude drive thru, breadsticks are definitely different than what they used to be, cheese sauce is darker and different than what it used to be. Pizza was fairly decent couldn’t complain, only issue is I order pepperoni, banana pepper and only got pepperoni on the pizza.

Don’t expect to get a hot pizza or fresh salad. 75% of the time, they will tell you they don’t have any drivers. 12/3- Pizza was 2 hours late, ice cold and they forgot my salad. I called and was told I would get a credit to my account. I had to drive back ip there to get my salad. Called tonight to redeem said credit and was told, I don’t have one. I also over heard the manager (Becca) say she remembered remaking my food that night, never happened. So not only was I lied to, but was also accused of being a liar. Maybe look and see how much money we have spent on you cold food and how many times we have been given a credit before you tell someone they are lying. Super glad I passed up this job offer.
