Do not pick up from here as a door dash driver the lady working behind the counter would rather joke around in the back than give you your order. Then she goes back gets the order and leaves it there for 10 minuets and prepares other orders when she knows a driver is waiting for the order. Absolutely unacceptable.

Excellent food, excellent quality, but sometimes it takes time to prepare the order, which is understandable, but it is not incomprehensible that it takes more than 30 minutes.
This Donatos is by far my favorite Donatos I've ever been to. The customer service is always amazing, the food is always hot. Sandy is always on her A game when it comes to complex orders and making them lightning fast. I would highly recommend thi place to anyone!

I ordered two pizzas for delivery. Instead of using their own delivery service, they sent them through doordash. They were never delivered. Donatos refused to refund my money or replace my pizza. They told me to call their corporate headquarters and complain to them. Unbelievable.

I did doordash with my son and I was waiting a long time on a order asked if I could use the restroom and the older guy called a lady from the back and asked if doordash people can use the restroom. They looked at me and looked at each other and he told her no. Not to me but he told her to tell me no and we were all there together. Not like we were not standing all in the same place and room. It was very rude for them to look me up and down and then say no.
