Excited a new place invested in the far east side and yet disappointed again. Whoever placed these soggy potatoes in a bag and decided it was “good enough” to hand out needs to be fired. Hash browns=trash, Hot Honey Bacon = trash, cup of coffee = mediocre/gas station

I haven’t any issues with the quality of food, order accuracy, or the customer service. However, they are often severely understaffed, and orders take way too long, especially during the lunch rush. I don’t blame the workers. I can tell they’re doing their best. I blame management, the franchise owners, and anyone else involved in hiring for the severe understaffing. The skeleton crew of workers are overwhelmed and overworked and if you’re another customer reading this, please be nice to the workers but don’t go during lunch rush.

I'd say 85% chance mobile ordering is turned off. Sometimes order has wrong item or they will say they are only serving drinks. A lot of times I'll get coffee and a sandwich there if the ordering is turned on and go to Pana next door for a donut. Otherwise I either don't stop or get my sandwich and coffee at Pana as well.

If I could rate this location a 0, I would. Sat at the menu board for 15 minutes. Ended up driving to the window and the man that was working was very rude and refused our service because we didn’t order at the menu board.

This has to be worst location as well! I mean the only best Dunkin’ Donuts so far in Indy is Plainfield! Whoever runs this store is horrible and isn’t doing their job every-time I come they say they are out of all the winter lattes I said ok can I get a reg dunkalatte she says they are out I said ok well tell me what you have she says with attitude “coffee” I had to hold my composure and just drive off. How are you a coffee shop but no coffee lol but then the clerk contradicts herself and cannot even try to be kind just to tell me anything they have similar just says “coffee” but anything I say you are out of. I’m done with my Dunkin band wagon I will stick with Starbucks because they would never ever be this rude even if they are out of something. They actually recommend and help!

Always out of the donuts we want, drink orders take for ever if they get it right.
The only thing consistent about this place since opening is how bad the quality and service is. They’re not busy 90% of the time and you still wait forever to get your order for it to only be incorrect or something missing. The only reason me and my family go here is because it’s the only coffee on the far east side that is not Starbucks. But gosh dang does this place suck. Don’t take my word for it. It’s definitely something to experience.

I rarely go to Dunkin’, but every time I visit this location, my order is wrong. This time, I didn’t even check before leaving, and my order was completely wrong when I got home. When I called, Drew told me to just come back through the drive-thru for a remake. Honestly, I’m done — I can never get what I paid for, and it’s so disappointing.

Horrible! Took 40 minutes to make my wife and I two lattes. Service was slow and the workers were not respectful and never tried to make any issues solved. Do not go here, whoever the operator is needs to be fired!!

The last two Sundays no one will wait on you. They say you have to have a mobile order. Sunday 8/24 arrived at 7am, no one in the parking lot, no one in the drive thru but me. 8/17/2025 arrived at 3pm, no one would wait on you in the drive thru, waited over 10 minutes.
