I try to give this place the benefit of the doubt since it’s new, but it continues to disappoint. From drinks being made incorrect to poor food service. Today I got the 6$ meal deal, a bacon egg and cheese bagel with a hot coffee and some hash brown rounds. The sandwich bagel was old and hard, no bacon on the sandwich either. I got exactly 5 small hash browns as well which definitely made me lol. Coffee was hot tho so I guess 1 point for the hot coffee. My recommendation would be to just go elsewhere.

Dunkin doughnuts franklin rd. / Southport rd. Southeast I walked in at 530 am . There was noone else there in store but me. 2 ladies behind counter. The drive thru had a few people. I set my bag on table got my purse out and walked up to counter. I go to starbucks nearby and mcds for coffe as well. Like most seniors or persons working on computer do as I do . But considering the unwelcoming vibe I just wanted to regret my choice to come here and hurry up and leave. Here's why: 1. The 2 ladies mocked and laughed at me that my hair was messy from wind outside and a hoodie that had been over my head and a scarf coming half off after I pulled the hoody down. They said it was over the new item on menu but the lady who stood in doorway smiling and walking away laughing in kitchen was not saying that it's ok sticks and stones but your ugly inside . 2. The smallest coffe was called a medium for $3.07 any smaller it be a Dixie cup . And no refill unlike the senior coffe at mcds is same size for 64 cents with a refill. And starbucks medium same size but same price but refills . Seniors are living on smaller budgets because of medical needs usually they don't have 5.00 for a couple cups of coffee and going out is a means of not being sheltered in and lonely sometimes. Just a note your coffee is worse than those others. 3. The one lady who laughed as mentioned I was not taking coffee to go but sitting down on chair as provided and plugging in a charger as provided. She makes comment that of course I am because the electricity (free) Really ? Your in your 20s 30s I worked over 60 yrs of my life harder than you will or can imagine a women to work and more volunteer work and still do service to stay productive and time giving not taking . And you make a comment like I never worked a bum? Get benifits? Freeloading? I WORK AND PAY FOR EVERY THING I RECEIVE NOTHING FREE NOTHING BORROWED NOTHING STOLEN AND NO GOVERNMENT HANDOUTS GET IT RIGHT!!! , AFTER FINISHING AND ASKING IF YOU GIVE REFILLS THE ATTITUDE JUST WANTED ME TO PUKE. NO MORE DUNKIN SUGAR THATS TURNED TO DIRTY DIRT. 🤑🤢🤮🤧🤡🫵

This is the best dunkin in the whole country! Fight me about it. I come here daily and don't even explain my ordered now. I just pulled up, they know me and I get my caffeine and very often a pleasant conversation. I appreciate the whole crew! There is no other restaurant staff/team that can compete with the service they provide.

Went in to get coffee and breakfast. They got my order correct, saw some reviews for a while back. I typically find it harder to get a complex order done correctly in a drive through. Staff was friendly and seemed to know and remember regulars going through the drive through.

If you want stale doughnuts, you've found the place. The lady behind the counter was nice, but doesn't make up for the worst doughnuts I've had.
Usually do an OK job, but today ordered the special with 2 wraps and took over 25 minutes. Nobody left in the store or drive thru and still didn’t get my order.

The general manager is absolutely amazing. I'm not sure how to spell her name, but I met her today and had my first Dunkin coffee. It was a great experience. They have really stepped it up over the past couple weeks and I'm so happy to feel the good vibes when I walk in the door keep up the great work Love you y'all. I used to pick up a lot of Doordash's from here and the urgency was lacking as well as the customer service so I'm super stoked that things have gone in a different direction
