Please stay away from here ! Their customer service is terrible. I asked for a caramel crazed latte no cinnamon as I’m highly allergic . I get to the window and they attempt to hand me one with cinnamon although I asked for one at the intercom to not have it. They take it back and I thought they remade the whole drink however they must have just scraped the top off and made it appear like they remade it as not only did I have an allergic reaction but I found cinnamon around the brim and throughout the drink once the whip cream dissolved. I called the store and attempted to explain to the man that answered the phone on what occurred and he hung up in my face. Giving him the benefit of the doubt I called back numerous times each time he would answer and refuse to acknowledge me on the other line. I am currently on hold with corporate and have made the executive decision to not support Dunkin after this as they do not care about the lives of their customers

Why have seating and no trash can? I've been working here all day and made a second order to have a new supply of caffeine and sweets to keep me going, and there's nowhere I can throw away any of my trash. Am I supposed to go to the bathroom? Otherwise, was nice to work here and calm... probably cause people know they can't throw things away if they come inside.

I’ve tried this location about 5 times since they’ve opened and it’s been a horrible experience 4/5 times. They mess up your order and then blame you and when you check them about a n incorrect charge they become annoyed with YOU. The atmosphere is awful and the customer service is terrible. I really hate that this location has suck horrible customer service because it is convenient and on my drive. But I’ll just drive further to another location.

I used the drive-thru. The service was excellent, quick, efficient and the young man had wonderful customer service skills… beyond expectation even.

TERRIBLE. The drive-thru attendant didn’t give my change and served me a burnt everything bagel along with the $6 meal deal. I walked in to ask for a remake on my bagel, the “manager” told me to bring in the coffee. I was confused to why my coffee was necessary for a remake. He assumed I wanted a refund but went back to remake the sandwich after hearing as to why I walked in. The manager then came back with a sandwich that was 2x as burnt as the original. After the bickering , I asked for a bagel untoasted that I can just do at home to my liking. He then came from the bagel with another bagel that was toasted and told me “YOU NEED TO LEARN HOW TO ORDER” It completely shocked me that this is how they served their customers until it dawned on me that they are PRETOASTING THE BREADS. Completely unacceptable, never buying here again.
Shoutout to Dunkin on 86th!!! The best location.
