Absolutely terrible experience at this Dunkin’. I ordered two hot coffees (both with 6 cream and 6 sugar) and a half-dozen chocolate frosted sprinkle donuts, and everything was flat-out disgusting.
The donuts were awful …COLD hard and made my stomach hurt after 1 bite , and the sprinkles looked old and faded, like they’d been sitting out for days. The donuts themselves were cold, dry, and honestly just gross. Nothing about them tasted fresh.
But the coffee was the worst part. I asked for 6 cream and 6 sugar because I like my coffee SWEET and what I got was OLD , bitter, disgusting drink that was clearly not freshly brewed. It tasted old, burnt, and nothing like what I ordered. I couldn’t even drink it.
For such a simple order, this place completely dropped the ball. Between the stale donuts and the horrible coffee, this was easily one of the worst Dunkin’ experiences I’ve ever had. I won’t be coming back to this location.

The place is very nasty from the bathroom to the lobby to behind the counter. The staff is rude and very unfriendly and unprofessional. They seemed to be family owned with snobby dismissive attitudes. I will not be going back and if the board of health sees this please inspect the building immediately. Very unsanitary conditions all around.

If I can give no stars I would. THIS IS THE WORSE LOCATION TO GO TO.RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.FOOD ALWAYS HALF DONE OR OVER COOKED. It has went down at this location since they changed the staff. They are extremely rude, they rush your service, and my hot coffee is always cold. The owner needs to replace the entire staff!!!

Came this morning for the new holiday menu some donuts and sandwiches for myself and my work colleagues it was all Horrible! They rushed everything out and there was not anyone behind me to even be rushing my coffees were absolutely disgusting and tasted very old we all threw it away and the sandwiches were overcooked and hard so we had to toss them as well! Donuts tasted old like they saved them and didn’t put any fresh ones out! This is the worst location there is any time I stop which is rare has always been a negative experience! This will be my last time.

Went to Dunkin' Donuts today at 9:40am I'm watching the workers one lady had on one gloves she touching everything with her bare hand didn't wash her hands or nothing when she got to my food she didn't wash her hand or put on new gloves or nothing her co-worker like you want us to change gloves every order we take I said yes y'all supposed to change gloves when you take other people orders I asked for my money back and walk out that door
Customer service is always great! Fast and convenient. I am a repeat customer and they typically remember what I order.
