This place is not great. They messed up my coffee remade it and messed it up again. Not to mention barely any English spoken unfortunately. Asked for waters they looked at me said nothing and walked away. They were also on TikTok live. Unique experience won’t be back

The Coffee is delicious, not like the other Duncan. 's donut locations, their coffee is terrible, but this coffee is delicious. The donuts are good, they're always clean and efficient. The only thing is all the zombies that hang out outside in the parking lot, especially in the morning when it's dark and come up to your car and you have to show your firearm to scare them away. But other than that delicious.

I ask for a ice mocha .then to make sure I was getting the right one I explain with the shave ice .like McDonald's .kinda like ice cream she tell me ya .so I got it .it cost me 5.55 and it was just ice mocha with Chucky ice .not sweat at all .they can't speak English good and I was watching them taking drive thru .and getting mad cause no one can understand stand them . Coffee take like shit .I will never go back to any Dunkin again

This was my first time going to any Dunkin’ Donuts ever, and I don’t think that I will ever go back again. I ordered ahead very early morning, there was no line, but still my order was not ready upon arrival. Both my drink and my donut order was incorrect when it finally was given to me, and one of the items that I ordered was not available in the store, even though it showed available on the app. I was able to turn around and come back to fix the donut order, but was too far away when I realized my coffee order was not what I was charged for and just wasn’t going to go back again.

I spent $10 for a blue raspberry lemonade and 2 orders of maple snack pack bacon. In the description it says 8 pieces of maple pepper bacon in each pack. I received small portions of hard old plain bacon which was $6. I went back and asked for new fresh bacon. She was rude, snatched my bag and I watched them through my dark tinted car windows. She did absolutely nothing just switched the bags. I literally watched her do it. And she me the same old bacon back. I’ll never go back here. It’s a complete rip off and false advertisement.

They refuse to do lite ice and get mad when you ask them again. By the time you take 3 drinks is gone because the whole cup is ice.

Absolutely terrible experience at this Dunkin’. I ordered two hot coffees (both with 6 cream and 6 sugar) and a half-dozen chocolate frosted sprinkle donuts, and everything was flat-out disgusting.
The donuts were awful …COLD hard and made my stomach hurt after 1 bite , and the sprinkles looked old and faded, like they’d been sitting out for days. The donuts themselves were cold, dry, and honestly just gross. Nothing about them tasted fresh.
But the coffee was the worst part. I asked for 6 cream and 6 sugar because I like my coffee SWEET and what I got was OLD , bitter, disgusting drink that was clearly not freshly brewed. It tasted old, burnt, and nothing like what I ordered. I couldn’t even drink it.
For such a simple order, this place completely dropped the ball. Between the stale donuts and the horrible coffee, this was easily one of the worst Dunkin’ experiences I’ve ever had. I won’t be coming back to this location.

The place is very nasty from the bathroom to the lobby to behind the counter. The staff is rude and very unfriendly and unprofessional. They seemed to be family owned with snobby dismissive attitudes. I will not be going back and if the board of health sees this please inspect the building immediately. Very unsanitary conditions all around.

If I can give no stars I would. THIS IS THE WORSE LOCATION TO GO TO.RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.FOOD ALWAYS HALF DONE OR OVER COOKED. It has went down at this location since they changed the staff. They are extremely rude, they rush your service, and my hot coffee is always cold. The owner needs to replace the entire staff!!!

How do you not have hot coffee and my hashbrowns always taste like they’ve been sitting out for a few days. Will not be coming back to this one. I’d rather cut Dunkin out of my life instead. The staff was different this time but they are typically rude as hell and more interested in playing in their phones.
