This was the worst restaurant I've ever seen in person. I've worked construction for over 30 yrs. Never seen a toilet worst then a portable potty. When I looked around at the store, every surface was dirty. When I looked at the reviews it all explains, who really checks the reviews at Dunkin' Dounuts! Never visit this place. Did drive in, ordered 2 maple glazed, 2 Boston cream and ask them to fill out the rest of the dozen with glazed donuts. Got the Valentine box with nothing I ordered and it stale. I would have been embarrassed if I had taken that to work.

Coffee made to order and delicious as expected. For some reason, some other Dunkin made the same ordered coffee taste different. Though you thought they were using the same recipe. Anyway, this Dunkin met our expectations. So far so good. Keep it up.

My coffee is often not full, and every time I order donut holes and tell them in app the assortment I want, I still always get whatever they want to throw in the bag. Also, coffee needs to be HOTTER!

Good morning stopped here on the way to work. Driver passed speaker so was told to go back around after waiting in line only to get the worst service I have received here asked for cold foam none in cup asked for cream and sugar none added to drink didn't receive a straw or a receipt just employees staring from the person in window giving bad service if this is how it's going to be here let me know I can take my business somewhere else before work

Staff was really great & helpful. Ordered online for pickup, food was ready when we arrived. I love everything about Dunkin food, especially their hashbrowns & I tried the grilled cheese but was a bit disappointed by the bread, it was too hard but I think lack of butter was the issue, it was very tasty just hard bread & maybe the choice of bread wasn't a good pick but I'd order it again. Other than that, I enjoyed my food.
TERRIBLE LOCATION! I ordered a bagel and a sweet. The bagel felt like a brick when I bite into it. Also my sweet tea was unsweetened I’ve called the location 9 times and still NO answer.

Worst coffee I’ve ever had, coffee grounds at the bottom of it and even with creamer and sweetener it tasted burnt and black.
Took 15 mins to get the meal deal and I was late to work, I saw them grab my food and then set it aside and mess around for 5 mins before handing it to me.
Had to ask for my receipt and the person who took my order had to clarify the order 3 times, and when I got to the window asked, “Could you please repeat your order?” It was literally just the meal deal, I said no Splenda five times and she said, “So you want caramel?” I don’t know who they’re hiring but they may need a hearing aid.

I stopped in to use the restroom and purchase a coffee. I asked to have access to the restroom prior to purchase because I needed to wash my hands. The employee lied and said both were under maintenance and couldn't be used. A lady of a different ethnicity came in right after me and asked for the restroom key and was provided it.
I left without purchase. It's terrible this day and age for racism to be so prevalent still in businesses. Shame on you dunkin donuts
