I was trying to order a dark coffee no cream and add a expreso shot and he looked at me like I was crazy. I order this at least three times a week.

I’ve been going to this location for the past two weeks on my way to work. Each morning they forget something.Last week they forgot my chipotle loaded hash. Then yesterday I ordered two small coffees they gave me mediums. The week before they forgot my plain mini bagels. I’m very pleasant and very understanding. But this is becoming a pain. I usually order for my day shifts nurses it’s about 5. But every time my order is wrong or something is missing from my bag. And I don’t notice it until I am at work. There is also the heavy Indian accent from the cashier . Most of the time there is a communication barrier making it hard for me to understand anything she or he is saying . This is problem. Maybe this is why my orders are always wrong. It’s very frustrating because I love Dunkin. Is there any English speaking employees that can communicate with the customers? I’m tired of paying money for items that I am not getting .

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The donuts were stale and drinks were not the right drinks. Was told to come to the window mid taking our order, then proceeded to still get the order wrong. It was just a Strawberry daydream Refresher and a blueberry daydream refresher. They ended up just being lemonades. Hopefully the next Dunkin we go to will be better.

There are just some mornings when I need either some avocado toast with bacon or a bacon wake up wrap! Just hits the spot! Always hit the drive-thru which is always friendly and quick in the warly morning hours!

I ordered the stuffed croissant for breakfast. It did not look like it was advertised. It was smaller than shown, and it looked like an old, dry croissant. Dunkin needs to do better! I'm disappointed because I love Dunkin!

I've been to this location twice and will no longer go to them. I've ordered a FROZEN drink both times and both times they've come out slushy as if they are putting too much liquid in. It's ends up being more of an iced drink than frozen. Very disappointed
The bagel with cream cheese. Easy in theory. It was tooooo. Hard. I couldn't eat all of it. I added cream cheese. 😐😭😭😭😭 Very little cream cheese 😐😭😭😭😭

I ordered a large signature latte, light ice.. she charged me for a large latte add whipped cream for an extra 50cents. It's automatic on a signature latte! My hashbrown was so hard I couldn't even chew it. First time here, won't be back!!
