The lady in the drive thru was super impatient, repeatedly asking me if i was ready to order after i asked her to please give me a minute multiple times. There were no cars at all behind me or in front of me so im not sure why she was being so impatient. She couldve assisted me by asking if there was anything i needed help finding or creating some sort of conversation and maybe giving suggestions. I have never been to Dunkin’ before at all so i just wanted to look at the menu for a couple minutes. I ended up just driving off after getting asked three times in under one minute if i was ready to order. Very disappointed in the customer service. I do want to try Dunkin’ but it wont be at this location. I’ll just go to the Starbucks down the street.

I love to go us 31 dunkin and they are so friendly and the employees are always nice to me.There is a girl jazz she is doing cashout and her nature is very good and she always have a smiling face and the another employees are also very good and the service is so fast and for sure i will go again.the manager ravi she is very friendly with me and her nature is so good

Every time I come here I order a "iced mocha latte medium" I say that exactly. Seven times out of 10 it's gonna be rung up differently or made differently than the time prior. It makes no sense to me why it's never the same. I think something that could fix this problem is employee training on retention quality.

worst dunkin ever basically stealing money because their coffee is crap i have been to other dunkins that actually make good coffee stay far away from this place they are thiefs and could car less; poison probably taste better than their coffe dunkin ahould be ashamed to let these people even have their brand be warned people!
DISGUSTING - PLEASE READ!!! I saw a worker sneeze into both gloved hands and casually wipe them on his pants. He then filled a customers donut order without changing his gloves!!! I don't know how smart you have to be... I threw my food away and I'll never go back to this place again.

The coffee is watery and weak, the hashbrowns are soggy, the donuts are stale. It shouldn't be too difficult to serve drinkable coffee. There's always another coffee shop around the corner.

Every iced coffee is completely over saturated with dairy. Ordering one medium iced coffee with one serving of milk, should not result in having more milk than coffee in my cup. It’s disgusting and a waste of money.

The coffee is good but their donuts are riddled with the flavor of depression and disappointment. Food is subpar and I would only recommend going there if you're ONLY going there for a coffee or refresher.
