Unfortunately, my recent visit to this Dunkin' Donuts location was a disappointment. The store was not well-maintained, with dirty tables and floors that made me question the overall cleanliness. To make matters worse, the staff seemed inexperienced and disorganized, taking a long time to fulfill orders and getting them wrong. I was looking forward to a quick breakfast, but instead left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. Hopefully, management will take steps to improve the cleanliness and training of their staff to meet the usual Dunkin' standards.

I keep giving them a chance. But the food is always cold in the center. Plus this location is just filthy. The very least you could do is clean the drive through window. Disgusting and the workers don’t say a word to you. No thank you, hello, it’s this much, nothing.

Saw one of the employees walk in for their shift, clock-in, and then immediately started filling someone’s donut order. Did not wash hands, did not put on gloves, and did not use any paper to collect donuts. Disgusting.

I love to go us 31 dunkin and they are so friendly and the employees are always nice to me.There is a girl jasmine she is doing cashout and her nature is very good and she always have a smiling face and the another employees are also very good and the service is so fast and for sure i will go again.the manager ravi she is very friendly with me and her nature is so good

I go there every morning. They never get my coffee right. And the forign people running it. Always trying to hit on the miners. 15 and 16 yr. Old kids. They need reported. I have tried. Cant wait for starbucks on worthville rd. To leave this trash alone.

Drinks Are always made sloppily. Picked up my caramel craze today, and it was barely 3/4 feet full. It had whip cream, but no, no toppings. So convenient because it’s right by my house. I keep trying thinking maybe I just caught him on a bad day.

This place is near to my house so that’s why i went their because of my workings hours but the workers whose name is Gurpreet and Jasmine are so rude and unprofessional person they don’t know how to treat customers right way. I used to rake coffee 3 4 times in a days and also my family members to but gurpreet and jasmine are so slow and when they make coffee it doesn’t even taste good i got so disappointed but this happens now always i feel like because of jasmine and gurpreet they are losing do many customers.

Very inattentive. The employees were joking around while the drink I ordered sat behind the counter. Waited for about 5 minutes before the same person asked me a second time if I was waiting for something, which I had already told them, I was waiting for my drink still. She finally went to grab it.
