Second time today that I pay for a large latte and get it only 2/3 full, including whip cream. First time I let it be. Today my husband got it and I didn’t see it until he got home. Very frustrating! Check your lattes.

I mistakenly ordered my online order to the wrong location. I pulled up in the drive thru and noticed but was okay with paying my purchase a second time. Today was national coffee day so I was excited about having a free coffee. When I go to make the small purchase for my coffee the employee and manager let me know I no longer could have it due to already using the QR promo code at the other location. Neither of them were willing to help me and I had a stressful day prior to this and just wanted to enjoy a coffee. Needless to say I will not be returning to Dunkin’ Donuts. There are WAY better coffee shops and donut shops literally everywhere anyway.

Walked in to get a couple donuts and a coffee. Guy behind the counter was busy blowing his nose ( into a handkerchief ) I asked him to wash his hands - seems kind of normal ? He walked to the sink - sprayed some water on his hands - and walked back to the counter. Got out the same handkerchief and wiped off his hands….
Really ?!?!
I am not going to support this level of nonsense.
I walked out the door.
So disappointing - not acceptable.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this Dunkin’ location. The walk-through worker was extremely rude from the start. Not only did they get my order wrong, but when I politely pointed it out, they flat-out denied any mistake. To make matters worse, they snatched the drink out of my hands to add more skimmed milk — with no proper measurements or care — and then handed it back with milk leaking down the sides of the cup. It was a complete mess and felt very disrespectful.
I tried to escalate the issue, but Marcus, the owner, was completely unresponsive and offered no accountability or resolution. This is not the level of service or professionalism I expect from a well-known brand like Dunkin’.
I won’t be returning to this location and hope that management seriously reconsiders how they train their staff and respond to customer concerns.

Went inside 12:40iah pm. Three people were working and we were the only customers inside. No one spoke to us, acknowledged us, helped us, even looked at us. We waited for quite a while before leaving. The manager or owner should check the cameras, if they actually care how their restaurant is being run. There is a different place next door I will be using now instead. I recommend you do that too.

They know how to make good bacon!! Not too crispy and not undercooked/heated! It’s perfect when you get the snackin bacon and sweet black pepper bacon sandwich often. Thanks for serving quality food at your location. You should help out them folks at Michigan and township line rd. They have no idea what they are doing.

This is the best Dunkin hands down! Great service and the employees are always smiling and happy!! Highly recommend this location. Marcus the Manager has an amazing staff and so do the Dunkin owners.
I’ve gone to this Dunkin several times, and it’s by far the best one I’ve been to. The coffee is always the perfect level of sweetness and temperature. And the food is always hot and delicious. Service is snappy. And I can tell it’s 100% because of the employees. I really hope they retain all of them during renovations.
