This is the best Dunkin hands down! Great service and the employees are always smiling and happy!! Highly recommend this location. Marcus the Manager has an amazing staff and so do the Dunkin owners.
I’ve gone to this Dunkin several times, and it’s by far the best one I’ve been to. The coffee is always the perfect level of sweetness and temperature. And the food is always hot and delicious. Service is snappy. And I can tell it’s 100% because of the employees. I really hope they retain all of them during renovations.

I wish I could recognize the person who made our morning so much easier. I just don’t know his name, but he was working the cash register at the window and was so patient with us and helping us get our drinks correctly instead of some of the other service I’ve had other places Acted like I just ruined their whole day, but this guy just really brightened our day By being so patient and friendly.

The drinks are good but the service is horrendous. I asked for a refill iced coffee because I have a dunkin Tumblr I wanted to use and a refill is cheaper than a regular one in their plastic cup. They did not even acknowledge I asked for a refill, charged me full price and when I asked again if they would make the drink in my cup, they handed me a large coffee in the plastic cup, sideways, so it was pouring out from under the lid. None of the employees were polite. They didn't do what I asked except for the fact that they made the drinks correctly and they taste good. And I know they can make an iced coffee refill and that it has a different price because I've ordered it before. They could've at least said something to me and also not hand me my drink on its side so it's pouring out on the counter.

The staff is rude and when you don't understand them they talk with an attitude. Yesterday they gave me wrong order of donuts and when I went back to the driveway as they where no other cars they told me to come inside, when I got inside one guy for no reason said we don't do refunds raising his voice and i calmly told him not to talk to me like that and snatched the bag threw it in the trash in a aggressive way yelling. I yelled at him back because I don't take an disrespect likely until the other stuff spoke to him in their language and gave me my correct order. I asked for the manager and they said he will be there in the morning and I left. The customer service is really horrible in that store and I know I'm not the only one who's been there and feels that way.

This place is awesome! My order is always ready in a timely manner, the drive-thru can be backed up by the time I run in the store and out it has been cleared out. Thank you for your efficiency and your coffee is always on point!
The worst. I was charged incorrectly and my black coffee was not drinkable. I'll drink a lot of bad coffee. Rude. And it took an awkward length of time. I'm here bc of a nearby circumstance. moldy donuts , bad coffee and horrible customer care.
