Taste like water. Every time. Or skimps out on the espresso shots you add & pay for. Lazy and inconsistent. Go to Pendleton pike. ALWAYS AMAZING

This is the closest DD to our home but it used to be run poorly in the past: no service because machines were clean two hours before closing, no donuts early in the afternoon, long lines for the bare minimum. But a year or more ago the place was run by truly professionals who always prepare your order fast and efficiently. They recognize you and value you as a return customer and sometimes they even add a few extra donut holes or treats for being a return customer. The place is still small inside, but the drive-through experience is amazing. The road has been recently paved and the place is open for longer shifts and hours. A much needed and welcomed change who made us return to it more than we should, to be honest. ;-)

Went thru the drive through got 3 snackin bacon and a wake up wrap. All the snackin bacon was either visibly burnt or tasted burnt and it was no wake up wrap. I returned to get it remade and to get the wake up wrap. The lady insisted she gave it to me the wrap I wasn’t about to arguing so I just asked to remake the snackin bacon. The picture posted is how all 3 snackin bacon was remade the same way burnt.

This place is my normal Dunkin location today they were very rude. I came in 5 mins ago, a young man in the green shirt, put our order behind the counter to where I had to reach behind the counter to grab my order. I was standing right there, he never spoke and walked straight off. He looked about 16 with a short hair cut and brown hat. This generation needs to learn better customer service or talk need to retrain him.
I went to pick up donut holes for my daughter in Washington. There was only chocolate, glazed and blueberry.

I just left there the lady had rude customer service, the edges are hard the crescent feels hard and my tots are stale
The hashbrowns were old and hard. The egg and cheese sandwich also seemed to be old as well and reheated. I am Dun and done with Dunkin! This whole franchise needs to go out of business. It’s not just one location. All of them give you old stale food. It’s ridiculous!

Two words: stale donuts
We should have known better when the sprinkle donuts still had Christmas sprinkles on them. Also one of our Boston cream donuts had a giant thumb print in the middle from when the woman put it in the box. A number of the other donuts in our looked old and stale when we were able to take a closer look in the car on the way home.
This dunkin is near where we get our kids haircuts so it seemed a convenient place to get donuts on our way home from there. What a mistake. We ended up throwing away most of these donuts and going to Jack's instead. This location should be shut down.

They need to upgrade their mic system. I was right in front of their speaker system and the rude employee had to make me repeat myself multiple times.
I get my order, the coffee is practically still boiling hot. First time I've ever ordered a coffee that was undrinkable. The coffee was watered down and had no flavor even though it was one of their signature drinks. Took one sip and had to throw it away. Never had an issue with my coffee order tasting right at any other Dunkin location.

I have order breakfast and coffee here a few times since my job is in the next parking lot. Today I walk pass the front window and see a women with a headset sitting at the front table with her bare feet and picking in between her toes! When I confronted her she went to put her socks on and said she’ll wash her hands really quick. I said ma’am I don’t want anything out of this store that is disgusting. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN AND I WILL REPORT THE PICTURE I TOOK!

Been going here on my way to work for over a year. 2 or 3 times per week. Last week I walked in and the woman behind the counter just grilled me. Said I walked out previously only paying for coffee, not some munchkins. Said they had pictures to prove it and called for the manager in the back. I threw down $10 and left - forever. I know there are some cultural differences, but demeaning a frequent customer is not a sustainable business practice.

Love Dunkin but this location needs work. They’ll either forget part of the order, mess up the order or give you the wrong item. Today they put cow milk instead of almond milk in my coffee and gave me a regular bacon wrap up instead of the hot honey like I ordered. The last time my avocado toast was burnt and the time before that they forgot my hash browns and I had to go all the way back. Probably will start going out of my way to go to the Pendleton Pike location.
