Google said they were open so I drive all the way there to find out that not only were they not open but it looked as if they were remodeling. And the app is the most confusing app EVER!!

Absolutely floored, this store does not accept cash?? Crazy you don’t want money!! Won’t be back. Used to work here so I know for facts management isn’t the best either. Good luck dunkin. Starbucks is better and they accept my money regardless of how it comes :)

Paid almost 8 dollars for 4 specialty donuts ( spider donut ) and they were stale and hard as a rock !!! And I purchased at 6:30 in the morning . I tried calling them, phone went straight to full voicemail . I tried calling several times with NO answer! My 3 year old granddaughter tried to eat it but it was gross !!

They rushed us to order our food in the Drive-Thru my avocado with bacon on toast was missing the bacon and was not toasted. I took it into the store and told them I would like my bacon and my toast toasted the lady took it to the back she threw bacon on it and didn't even toast it. At this point I'm over this place I will be going to Starbucks.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. There’s been multiple times I’ve went through the drive-through and cannot get my food made right I don’t know if it’s a race thing. I really don’t want to say it’s a thing but I don’t see anybody else having these problems. And then when I take the item in and tell them that they made it wrong, They still proceeded to make it wrong and send me about my way. To bring a manager out and it wasn’t a situation that needed a manager I just needed my sandwich toasted, and my bacon added that I paid for. I’ll drive to Starbucks
