So it seems like, after reading some past reviews, a couple of things are apparent. This location doesn’t read their reviews or they do and just don’t care, seems like everyone has just about the same issues with the same people, and Dunkin Corporate should really consider makes some drastic changes with this franchise location. I’ve been coming here for quite a while now and have some how become a target of a certain employees attitude.
WHY ALLOW ONLINE ORDERING if when waiting in line after placing it you just push loyalty aside and the order will be made at the employee convenience and not when the customer arrives and says hey I’m here. If you place an order at the speaker it is made immediately but if you convince yourself and place and pay by the app you’ll just get told to pull back around, pull around back, or pull up to the front cause it’s not ready and they will serve others after you have arrived before they get to you? So if I order more than 4 items it tells me on the app it will be ready in 25-30 minutes, but if I place the same order at the speaker I can just sit and wait at the window for them to get it ready. Customer convenience not employee convenience is the reason for online ordering not the other way around. I’d love to hear a response from the store manager, franchise owner, or corporate representative on why this is and if they are even interested in addressing/fixing problems at this location.

Horrible. Worst location ever. Tye manager/owner makes bad customer service decisions . Won't return after several unpleasant visits in a row. Staff constantly refusing my order where other locations have no issues. Staff is snappy and rude

I don’t like writing stuff like this but today I went through the drive thru and there seemed to be some kind of miscommunication on what I had ordered. I asked for a frozen coffee. When I asked if it could be a Carmel frozen coffee (because I couldn’t really see the menu to read it) the lady taking my order said ā€œso you don’t want a frozen coffee. I replied ā€œnever mind I’ll just have a regular frozen coffee.ā€ Somehow that got miscommunicated and I ended up receiving an iced coffee. I asked the girl giving me my order (who was very nice) if it was frozen as that’s what I believed I ordered and immediately the girl taking the orders turned around and started arguing that I said I wanted an iced coffee. She was being very rude about the mistake while I was still sitting there listening to the whole thing. I explained to her what I had said and she said I can either pull around or get a refund. I decided to just take the iced coffee and leave. I would’ve been fine with pulling around or even keeping the iced coffee and paying more for a new one but because of how she spoke to me i chose to leave. I understand having a bad day and not wanting to be at work, I have two jobs, one in retail and one in food so I get it. On the other hand, I do not understand speaking to a customer with disrespect over a misunderstanding. I hope her day got better and she didn’t speak to any other customers the way she spoke to me. Aside from her, the managers stood around and let her get aggressive with me. So I believe there is room for improvement all around. Thank you.

Workers are literally so rude here. They make you repeat your order 4 times and somehow still get it wrong. A worker at the drive thru yelled at me to hurry up and order. I will be going down the road to Starbucks from now on. Terrible customer service.

i go to this Dunkin’ almost everyday and the employees truly go above and beyond each time. Larisa is especially customer oriented and always kind regardless of how busy they are. Bathrooms and dining area are clean and organized. My order never takes long to get out. and is always served with a pleasant interaction. One of the best Dunkin’s in central indiana.

The poor attitude in this place is astounding. I have come here fairly often but probably won’t be anymore. Customer service needs a serious overhaul. You should not be acting like your customers are an inconvenience.

Stopped by here yesterday, ordered 2 iced coffees and pulled to the window. I forgot to order munchkins for my son so when I pulled up I said: ā€œI’m so sorry but could you add a ten count of munchkins on to my order please?ā€ And the workers response was: ā€œI can this time but just make sure you remember it when you order next time.ā€ Plenty of attitude in the response too. They were not very busy and there was only one car in the drive thru behind mine. I have worked in customer service for 14 years, I would fire this employee on the spot. You should never criticize a customer for wanting to order more from your business. I will not be coming back here.

Google said they were open so I drive all the way there to find out that not only were they not open but it looked as if they were remodeling. And the app is the most confusing app EVER!!

Absolutely floored, this store does not accept cash?? Crazy you don’t want money!! Won’t be back. Used to work here so I know for facts management isn’t the best either. Good luck dunkin. Starbucks is better and they accept my money regardless of how it comes :)
