My food is burnt- I had gotten an apple turnover type of thing. And it’s burnt. My chipotle hash browns were burnt and tasted like a toaster oven. The only thing that was good was the mini bagels.

The worker was rude and unprofessional. I ordered a small coffee with cream and sugar, medium hot chocolate with whipped cream, and assorted munchkins. He handed the munchkins to us and mumbled something about not having what we ordered and gave us blueberry munchkins. The coffee is old and cold and the hot chocolate tasted like chocolate water.

Full-time working Mom and college student. I survive off Dunkin - and this one is open 24Hrs !!! I come here multiple times a week. They are nice, friendly, and make my drink so good. I get an Iced caramel craze signature latte- add 4 liquid pumps of sugar . Amazing!!!
2 sausage crossing frozen sent out the drive thru window. Drink was not made correct according to tag and cup and also paid more for a specialty drink. Wont be back to this location again not the first time they have gotten drink wrong.

I occasionally will stop here to get an iced coffee or americano. I’m pretty pleased with their coffees. The few times I have purchased food items I was very disappointed. Their donuts taste old, the hashbrowns are god-awful and old tasting. The sandwiches are just OK. When I go there it’s typically around 6:30 in the morning so you would think things would be fresh, but they taste like they are left over from the day before. Definitely not a fan.

I've been to this location twice and will no longer go to them. I've ordered a FROZEN drink both times and both times they've come out slushy as if they are putting too much liquid in. It's ends up being more of an iced drink than frozen. Very disappointed

Ordered Macchiato & munkins. Poor taste. High Sugar in Munkin balls, Machchiato coffe is below average. Staff Behavior is extremely Bad. Don't know how the owner employs this type of rude people who don't know how to give service and respect customers. Not recommended at all. 1/10
