I went to get coffee and ordered 3 different drinks plus a matcha. The guy taking our order was Urvesh, and he was completely inattentive. He screwed up all our orders by giving us the same coffee in different sizes instead of what we asked for. When we pointed out his mistake, he was rude and dismissive. He clearly needs to be trained again.

Tastes like 2 day old donuts. I was there by 7am. They are hard as a rock! Terrible. I will not ever go back.

Ordered a black coffee and drove up to immediately get it. This is way faster than some Dunkies I’ve been to

Coffee had barely any creamer, bacon was burnt when and we asked for new bacon they gave us the same burnt batch with more glaze. Service was bad.

Came at around 2am during my break yesterday and the guy sounded like he hated his job at the drive through menu. When I pulled up and got my drinks he asked some extremely inappropriate questions and for me to have “good sex” with him.

I was in Greenwood visiting family. I found the service to be VERY attentive and kind. The coffee is quite tasty and our Dunkin Munchkins were fresh and delicious!

Always iced coffee that was piping hot when poured over ice and melted. Everytime no matter request. AVOID!

I had pulled up tonight and heard a very rude man that sounded like he hated his job. I ignored it. No problem however I then ordered a very simple meal. A bagel with cream cheese. As I pull off I realize my bagel did not have cream cheese at all. I look in my bag and seen a veggie cream cheese spread in a packet. I am ALLERGIC TO VEGGGGGIE SPREAD!!!! I pull back to the window and he stated that they did not have regular cream cheese. This location always runs out of product!!!!! DOOOOOO BEEEEETTTTTER!!!!!!!

I noticed some residue on my sandwich which I found a bit off-putting. my guess is food had been burned — It would be great if the machines and cooking process could be monitored more closely to avoid this in the future.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Manager “cash or kash” was so rude I’ve never encountered something like it she kept laughing at me for asking about items on the menu and telling me she wasn’t gonna name anything. She then refused to let me order with someone else and I was whispering about me. Didn’t even get my food or free Veterans Day donut.

I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts frequently, and the staff is generally fast, which I appreciate. I’ve had some mixed experiences with the food and employees though. For example, three bacon, egg, and cheese wraps cost about $9, while a single bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich is $5.44. The sandwich is much bigger and cheaper, which doesn’t make a lot of sense. The sandwiches are good but occasionally can be burnt.
I come here for coffee if I need it since the prices are more affordable than any other coffee place here around Indy, though I can’t have iced coffee anymore because it upsets my stomach and it’s another trip to the bathroom 🚽. Occasionally, the drive-thru employees can sound a rude through their tone, but on the bright side they always get the order done correctly. Overall, a convenient spot with generally good service, but some inconsistency with food experiences.

Food from here is terrible, absolute trash, but the drinks are fine. The location on Smith Valley is much better.
