Yet another slow experience with Dutch Bros. I love their coffee but waiting for 40 minutes in the drive thru is ridiculous. I did an online order so I'm stuck in line. And the app defaulted to a $2 tip for one drink! Y'all gotta get better or you are gonna lose a loyal customer

Drive thru took 1 hour to get thru. The girl woking the drive thru window was a talker. Simple greeting, take order, and say have a nice day. You dont need to share your whole life story with every customer. Do better next time.

Service was nice, I ordered golden eagle drink with soft top, the price is reasonable. I am not a cold coffee drinker but it was good.
Staff is so incredibly friendly and genuinely seem to enjoy their job. Drinks are made quickly hasn’t been really any wait time. Everything has tasted amazing! Will keep coming back, excited to have it close to my work finally.
