Waited an hour for a take out order of pho, even though the restaurant had only about 4 other parties in it. When I got home, I found that the raw meat for the pho was packaged in ziploc baggies (see photo). I'm used to raw meat being served in pho, but usually it's cooked by the hot broth, not packaged raw in a take out order.
I hate to leave a negative review for a local restaurant (I was really looking forward to trying a local Vietnamese restaurant!), but this seems unhygienic.

Best Vietnamese food I've had in Indy, especially for dinner. I've toured Northern VN and had phở in lots of little towns and of course in Hanoi. This is as good or better than most of those places. I got the phở đặc biệt (special pho) and cơm gà (chicken fried rice), both were excellent, smells and flavors spot on.

Chef Phan really sets the bar for fresh gourmet Vietnamese food. Everything is made from scratch using the freshest ingredients available and the taste he brings to the table is some of the best I've had

I am Vietnamese and I must say, this is the best Vietnamese restaurant in town. The flavor is authentic and top notch. Their pate and grilled pork are delicious! All ingredients including veggies and side dishes are FRESH! Most importantly, the sauce—the heart and soul of Vietnamese cuisine, is unbeatable. Overall, if anyone asks me where to try Viet food in Indy, Eating Fresh will make top of the list

Pho broth and noodles were good. Meat was a bit too thick for the pho tai. I prefer it the standard thin sliced way so it’s easier to eat. Bathroom can use some cleaning. The dining space was nice.

Best Vietnamese restaurant in Indianapolis hands down! I got the pleasure of meeting and talking with the Executive Chief Ricky Phan, his passion for his restaurant is something that you only see from time to time at very high end places.
Bahn Mi sandwich was the talk of the week!

The food is incredible, the best in the city, but they need help with their staff situation. 40-50 mins for carryout on a sunday night..waited inside 10-15 mins past the scheduled pickup time. One person doing hostess, serving, and to go orders!

The food is delicious!! The service is not bad, but the two people I have seen working there look grouchy all the time 😅 the man reminds me of a grandpa that is very good at cooking.
