Ok, here comes something realistic!! Let's start with I love and I mean I LOVE good food and will very willingly pay for great food!!! But, then there is using the name of an establishment to over charge for mediocre at best, yes that was Eddie Merlot's today for Easter Brunch. Brought 13 for a family Easter brunch and was very underwhelmed. Maybe they were hiding the good or impressive brunch or something? A made to order omelet station (local hotels have the same), warming stations with average food... dried out mashed potatoes, chicken in lemon sauce that was hoping to hide the dry taste, beef tenderloin with a burnt crust (yes a dry rub and cooked to perfection will sometimes resemble this, but this was just BURNT), bacon sitting in two inches of a "liquid" and just gross, French toast was hard and flavorless... do I need to go on? And for a bill of over $1,200 for just lacking good food, simply put ... Disappointing!!! I'm sure there are many other places for a lot less with much better food and maybe even some unique options!! When looking for a holiday bunch, do your research and maybe avoid this one!! Wish I had better news, sorry.

My husband and I have heard amazing things about Eddie Merlot's. We were excited to try it out, but unfortunately, we had a bad experience. We were told by family and friends to sit in the bar for the best experience. The atmosphere was great, but our food and service were not. When someone brought out our food the server followed him out. He placed my filet down, and it looked great. Before the gentleman could place the steak down, the server grabbed it and walked away. Later the manager came out and asked us about the steak. During that conversation, we found out it was a nicer steak than my husband ordered. The server didn't over it to us, but the manager thought she did. We waited for some for my husband's steak to come out. Eventually, it did. He asked for medium rare, and this was raw. He didn't want to ask for them go cook it longer because my steak had already gotten cold while we waited. It was so raw, he ate a few bites, ran to the bathroom and threw up. I had to snag our server to give me boxes to pack our food up, pay the check, and head out. It's a bummer we had a bad experience because we only heard great things about Eddie Merlot's. I'm giving the food a 2 rather than a 1 because my steak was cooked perfectly.

The short-ribs may be the best food I’ve ever experienced.

Food was sublime. Crab bisque was worth every bit of $11. We actually got an order to go. Steak was absolutely perfect.Cocktails are $15 but very very good.Took a really long time to eat though despite the restaurant being nearly empty.

Eddie's has been one of my favorite dinning spots for several years. Our server, Alexandra, went above and beyoud and provides us with exceptional dinning experience. The food was fabulous as always and the wine recommendation was spot on. I believe it was a bottle by "Marc" a nice Nappa red zen blend that complemented our meal perfectly!

The food prices are a little high for what you get, but the bison filet was cooked perfectly. Our server Michael was the best! Free Tesla chargers are on site. Oh and the cocktails were yummy.Dietary restrictions: There is a gluten free menu.

We were seated in what appeared to be a rental party room which was just a big open room with tables with no nice view points the ambiance is great in the main dining hall so we were very disappointed to just be sat in an bare room. We are very much ambience is part of the dining experience people. The door however was top tier and very good.

Been to this location a few times and it never disappoints! The food is always delicious, and the service is phenomenal - make sure you go when Alex is bartending; she is so good at making drinks and always with a smile!

Great service by Evelyn for our anniversary dinner. We both started out with cocktails - the wild berry for my wife and the lemon drop for myself. My wife started out with a bisque and had a filet for her main course. I had the french onion soup and a NY strip. The food was prepared well and the steaks were cooked to perfection. We shared an order of Eddies potatoes, which were nice and cheesy. Finished the meal with the brownie for 2. Excellent food, service and overall experience.

We ate in the bar and had the pleasure of being waited on by the bartender, Alex. She was alone in the bar covering both a full bar and 6 tables in the bar. She was working hard to ensure everyone was taken care of and did it with a smile on her face the entire time. Great experience. We will be back.
