Einstein Bros. Bagels

Our cashier was the sweetest woman I’ve ever met and treated us like family from the moment we walked in the door. Not to mention the bagels were DELICIOUS

I LOVE this place. They’re were particularly busy this morning and unfortunately guests were being rude to the staff. The young woman helping me was taking it like a champ. 10/10 would come back. Yall are doing great don’t let anyone get to you.

Took over 50 minutes to get two bagels with cream cheese. Wouldn't recommend at all.

This is a really nice place with nice people apart from the fact they messed my order up big time, I asked for cream cheese on the bagel and they just gave me a plain bagel with nothing on it, now we have to go back and buy new bagels.

Farmhouse bagel is my favorite! Service was fast and accurate.

Stopped in today and had the brisket bagel! Although it was very delicious the outstanding customer service was the cheese on top ! The gentleman at the register with the tattoos was by far the most patient and helpful . The young lady that fixed my daughter’s sand which got the protein mixed up didn’t complain. And remade it with no issue smiled and told us have a good day ! Whoever the manager is should be proud your team is what more of Indys food businesses need ! Definitely will be back the sandwiches were so good we demolished them before getting a good pic 😂

I don’t remember the last time someone was this rude right off the bat when trying to order something. He then looked over the computer to see if I would tip and then put the receipt pretty much in my face. Won’t be returning.

The bagel didn't even last me an
hour before i was hungry. If i'm paying around $7-10 for a bagel it should have more meat/cheese.

Selection of bagels has been trimmed. Service to prepare a toasted bagel super slow. Place is tired and dirty inside. Needs a remodel.

I've been going to Einsteins for years but it seems at this location the last few time I've been in it's like the people who are working just don't care. Neither time has my order been right it's like they just throw it together just to get it out. I ordered a nova lox on a poppy seed no red onion and onion and chive smear and they were supposed to toast it we I got a plain begal plain smear red onion and it wasn't roasted. And I had to ask for my large drink I bordered. It's like they have no pride in what they do anymore.
