I've been going to Einsteins for years but it seems at this location the last few time I've been in it's like the people who are working just don't care. Neither time has my order been right it's like they just throw it together just to get it out. I ordered a nova lox on a poppy seed no red onion and onion and chive smear and they were supposed to toast it we I got a plain begal plain smear red onion and it wasn't roasted. And I had to ask for my large drink I bordered. It's like they have no pride in what they do anymore.

Horrible service, your paid to make bagels not talk to each other and make your customers wait

I don’t usually like to leave reviews because I have worked in food service for a long time serving and bartending but when i do leave a review it’s because an experience is impressively poor. I’ve only been to two locations and the first time I was disappointed but I was even more so today. The food tastes like nothing. My friend and I placed two separate orders and I went to pick them up for us. They got a bagel with cream cheese and a hot chocolate and I got a breakfast sandwich with a carmel cold brew. I’m waiting by the pick up area and they set both of our orders down but I was still waiting on my cold brew. An employee asked me what else I was waiting on and I said my carmel cold brew. She said they were out of carmel but that I could grab a drink from the front (they had like bottled teas and waters) and I asked instead for a vanilla cold brew. The cold brew was good actually. I picked up our stuff and realized my friends hot chocolate was room temperature. I was only waiting there for like three minutes. I get back home and we realize they mixed up our orders. It’s a good thing we were together because someone else probably would’ve been really irritated they got the complete wrong food order. Would not go to einstein bros again but specifically would not return to this location

food here is decent but you better hope you never have to deal with their email only customer service which is a complete joke, had to go through my bank to get refunded for a bagel i never recieved, totally insane

I sent my partner a promo code for two free bagels (for doing a survey) and she told the worker. Worker did not put in or ask about any code or discount. The total came to $15 and when my partner questioned it, the manager said she “wasn’t clear enough”. She was already running late so just decided to swallow the cost despite the rudeness of the workers. Honestly I blame us for not deciding to shop local!

Slowest service. Eight people working, only one making food. Everyone standing around pretending to check stuff. Then sandwich wasn't toasted. Probably time for the owner to find a new manager.

I went to this location for the first time today around 10:30 am, but went to a different location a few times earlier this week, and that was my first time going ever. The person Taking our order got both of our orders wrong and it took 20 minutes to get our drinks, after which I had to ask if they could be made soon. Had it not taken longer I would have asked for our drinks to be fixed but they were already so busy and I felt bad for possibly causing some more unnecessary chaos there. The coffee tasted old in comparison to my experience at the other location and the sandwich was made with only a small drop of the sauce that comes on the santa fe egg sandwich. my partner got a cold brew shake with no whip, but after we received our drink I realized I was still charged for the whip when I noticed it was on the drink anyway. The food and coffee einstein bros. has to offer is good! maybe just try and avoid busy hours for the most quality.

I can in scanned my rewards for a free bakery item. It didn't ring and the guy said there's nothing he could do even though it took my points. I ask for my sandwich on 6 cheese and made it a combo. I didn't receive my hashbrown. When I walked back inside they told me I didn't order a hashbrown. Even though my sandwich cost $8.29(farmhouse) and my bill came to $12.41. They said you didn't order a combo even though i got a drink so paid for a hashbrown again. Unless I was charged $4 for a drink instead of getting a combo that I asked for.

Just now received horrible customer service from the gentleman at the register... (Tall light skin guy, big hair) I walked in, walked up to order, he didn't greet me, didn't smile, made no eye contact... I haven't been to an Einstein Bagels in years, so I was excited to try them again. It took me a few moments to view the menu, he didn't ask me if I had any questions, nor gave any recommendations. He just stood there, avoiding eye contact. Very awkward, and disappointing experience.

But the gentleman who handed me my meal ( shorter darker skin guy) told me " thank you! Have a good day, take care!"
That was superb. He's a star ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ in his role. 5 stars to him, 0 stars for the guy taking the orders.
