Einstein Bros. Bagels

UPDATE : I went through all the proper complaint channels, and still no update on the situation. It seems im the only one experiencing consequences from being falsely accused of stealing my food.
I went into this location yesterday after placing an online order, and received my food as normal from an employee who confirmed I was the proper recipient for said food.
Then I sit down and begin eating my food, and a few moments later, a women employee approached my table and ask me to leave, citing that I hadn't paid for the food I was eating. I obviously showed her my doordash order, proving my innocence, and the employee remained confrontational with me, to the point I just had to leave.
So obviously I attempted to log a complaint with the company, and found the process extremely condaluded. Hoping to hear back from Einsteins corporate team, to see if im even allowed back on the property.

This is not your average Einstein’s. This store cares about their guests and the quality of their food. I will 10/10 be back for more experiences like this!

One of my absolute favorite places to grab lunch when I’m on the go. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, the food is great, and the wait is always short. Robert, the manager, is always kind and welcoming, and genuinely cares about his customers.

I come here twice in the morning two days in a row and the cashier is so damn good at his job. He waited while my guest needed his Spanish translator to order for him and was very patient and got us our order quickly. We forgot our drinks and he ended up bringing them to the table to accommodate us. Thank you

I LOVE this place. They’re were particularly busy this morning and unfortunately guests were being rude to the staff. The young woman helping me was taking it like a champ. 10/10 would come back. Yall are doing great don’t let anyone get to you.
