Stopped in today and had the brisket bagel! Although it was very delicious the outstanding customer service was the cheese on top ! The gentleman at the register with the tattoos was by far the most patient and helpful . The young lady that fixed my daughter’s sand which got the protein mixed up didn’t complain. And remade it with no issue smiled and told us have a good day ! Whoever the manager is should be proud your team is what more of Indys food businesses need ! Definitely...

I can in scanned my rewards for a free bakery item. It didn't ring and the guy said there's nothing he could do even though it took my points. I ask for my sandwich on 6 cheese and made it a combo. I didn't receive my hashbrown. When I walked back inside they told me I didn't order a hashbrown. Even though my sandwich cost $8.29(farmhouse) and my bill came to $12.41. They said you didn't order a combo even though i got a drink so paid for a hashbrown again....

Don’t believe any ratings that are less then 5. Best bagel spot in town. THE BEST staff, love them to death! Bagels are fresh and delicious. Strawberry banana smoothie is a 10/10. And seating is now open so I don’t want to hear a peep about no seating. Einstein Bagels for life man ?
