The GM (Lisa) of the store reached out and we had a great conversation that this is not normal, she made it right and went above and beyond. This store has a very bright future with her at the lead. I would say if you are frustrated with this store give it time and they will surprise you, what started off very poor has turned into we will only go to this store!
Ordered via the mobile app. The charged for items not provided. Order two eggs on two sandwiches only came with one egg and made on the wrong bagels. I tried to call the store none of the 8 employees could bother to answer the phone over 20 minutes. Not worth driving back to the store for! Beware do not go here! Also helpful tip for the manager of this store, answer the phone! This whole experience has made it that we will never go here again!

The staff is very polite. The wait times are very long (more than 25 minutes and they do not respect the order of arrival ) The bathrooms are terrible and unclean, which made me wonder about the hygiene of the place. I don't know if I'll return, but I don't think I will.

Fresh bagels, friendly service and very clean and organized location. Marley and PJ are great on the weekends and my mobile orders are always correct and ready when promised. Please keep in mind they are making online, in person and catering orders at the same time. Great experience and great job handing the Saturday morning rush.

Clean and the food was good quality. However, without it being too busy, it took 20 minutes from payment to ready on just two breakfast sandwiches outside of rush timeslot. Also, they were out of so many ingredients that nearly every order that was coming through had to be changed for lack of one thing or another.
Ok, but avoid if you are on a time crunch.

Love abnormally long wait times? Missing items? Out of stock bagels on an order you’ve already placed? Nonchalant employee attitudes? This place is for you! For a place that is supposed to pride themselves on such a simple business model: simply BAGELS, they miss the mark across the board almost every single time. Never mind being overpriced, an aspect I was willing to overlook.
5 out of 6 recent orders having an issue isn’t a coincidence and 35 minute wait times for a single bagel is unreal. Don’t take my word for it, order today and show up to be informed at 10am that what you ordered is “out” to experience the joy of waiting an additional 15-25 minutes for your replacement item, if you’re lucky to get it that quickly. Apparently no one knows how to pick up the phone and call to inform you that what you ordered isn’t available, it’s just a surprise waiting to happen when you arrive. If you’re in a hurry, this place isn’t for you.
Make sure you always check your order before leaving, they’ll forget to include chips and smear almost every time. Be prepared to order something else but most importantly, be prepared to wait an excessively long time for a single bagel.

So glad I found this place! Bagels are always fresh and the All Nighter is my go to! Cold brew coffee is delicious also! Staff is nice and depending on the day, you may get a few laughs while getting breakfast. I love it here!

Horrible experience there, I waited 30 mins for a pickup order I placed and multiple people placed orders in store WHILE I WAITED and they still didn’t get my food done. Oh and here’s the best part, they even knew what food I ordered (I think?) and they messed it up entirely. I got two entirely different sandwiches and they knew what they were supposed to make. Get it together guys, that’s pathetic.
