the lady did not care at all that there was a line backed up to caribou coffee. she was rude when taking orders. absolutely ridiculous and disappointing.

Terrible service! The the food was just as bad!

Very long wait even though there was no line. I think the person making the food was new. I ordered a Santa Fe bagel with 2 egg whites. It also comes with cheese, salsa, jalepeno smear and a turkey patty. When I opened up my bag, all the sandwich had was cheese and two turkey patties. Probably won't return.

I ordered a deli turkey and cheddar. Which suppose to get lettuce, tomato and onion. What I dot was bread meat & cheese for $8 along with the crappy service. Not happy.

Service is absolutely horrible. They sneer and argue with customers. Multiple people were confused as to why they were doing the absolute most.

Little college Einstein Bagels. Don't expect a full restaurant, but if you need a bagel between classes then it is perfect.

I am really confused at how they always have a sign up saying they are out of espresso. How does that happen for months and months? Part of the appeal of having Einstein/Caribou on campus is the access to coffee without having to go all the way to Starbucks! Based on other reviews, I'm starting to think the employees are just lazy and don't want to make coffee drinks. Also I think they should have weekend hours!

First off, the lady that consistently does the cash register needs to stop being so rude all of the time. She should be rude to customers at all, if I’m being completely honest. Secondly, if the staff here could pick up the freaking pace when making things so that we can get back to wherever we need to be on time that would be perfect. Lastly, when did the price for a medium smoothie go up to $5.19?

The open times state 7am, yet I wait 30mins to an hour for the employees to put out the bagels. The cashier lady is extremely rude to customers and purposely writes name down wrong even after giving the spelling. It is a hit or miss with this location.

When I walked up, all the employees were sitting on the floor, and at least one of them was eating a meal. Also, one of them was playing their hip hop music from their phone. The one that was eating asked me if I was ready, I said yes, and then she gave me an expectant look like she wanted me to order, so I did. Another employee said “you take it”, so she stood up and put it into the cash register, and I paid. She didn’t ask me if I wanted my receipt, so I had to reach out and pull it from the printer myself. I ended up grabbing the previous customer’s receipt, too, because it was still attached. Another employee made my bagel and called it out when it was ready (which I didn’t understand a word of what she said because of her thick accent, so I had to ask if she said my order, but I guess that’s not her fault).

This was just the last straw when it comes to this Einstein Bros. Bagels outpost. Over the past 3.5 years I’ve been going to IUPUI, they have been excruciatingly slow when it comes to taking orders and fulfilling them. I’ve left the line many times when there were just a few people in front of me in line because it was moving at like one person every two or more minutes. The employees have no urgency at all. They’re always talking to each other or just moving slowly behind the counter, no matter how long the line is.

The only reason I keep going is their food usually isn’t bad, and their coffee is good. However, their customer service is just horrible, and I would definitely go more often if it was at least average.
