Connie was so welcoming and kind. Happy for her retiring but sad for this location as she was the most welcoming and NOT on her phone. Cashier was on his phone when we walked up and as soon as we walked away. No greeting or a thank you, just took the order with a do not bother me attitude. Thank you Connie for welcoming us and because of you we will try this location again and hope for better service.

The bagels are great, lots of options for sandwiches or cream cheese. The young man who was working alone, Aiden, I think it was, had many orders for in store and doordash, and still was kind and got orders out quickly. Think they should maybe have more staff on a weekend, though.

We didn't realize they closed at 2 pm and we were a couple of minutes after they closed. We had ordered and paid through the app and thought our order was gone. With the front door locked we saw someone cleaning up outside in the back. This lady was nice enough to bring us our order. Thank you so much, great customer service!!! We will order from them anytime we are in the area.
