stopped in this morning with my husband and Connie at Einstein was fantastic. she visited our table multiple times and made sure we had water and anything else we needed. not something you expect at a fast food breakfast place. Thank you Connie!

During my visit today at 82nd street, I noticed an opportunity for improvement at the checkout. The cashier acknowledged the amount I paid with, but it wasn't included on the receipt, making it challenging to verify the change. Considering the busy day and long line, I understand the pace, but including the payment amount on receipts would help ensure accuracy and clarity for both customers and staff.

I always walk in and see people smiling, coworkers enjoying their work, and I'm always greeted with a smile every time I walk in. I normally go in the mornings and while it is very busy their team does pretty good getting people in and out.

Great food but the white guy with the long hair and goatee has TERRIBLE service and was rude to numerous people because one lady who was just making sure it was her sandwich.

The bagel I had was pretty yummy. Farmhouse I think. But what really made my experience stellar was a server named Connie. I was sitting by myself (lunch hour) and she came by to check on me and brought me water. Very sweet. I will come back to try something new soon
Today was my first time trying this place out. Pretty chill relaxed inside. I tried the farmhouse egg sandwich and it was ?(delicious). I usually take pictures but it was looking soo good I had to dive right in. I will definitely be back.

Very disappointed as had a fond memory of the chain actually having a decent bagel. It was stale and as you can see, topped with a minimal amount of ingredients. Would suggest you take a pass and find somewhere else that puts a bit more effort in.

I didn't have a great experience with the food I ordered; it was incomplete & bagels were a little stale. BUT! =] I had a fantastic experience with the woman who took my call. She was patient, polite, clear & concise, and helped me figure out a way to resolve my issue. At this moment, I'm not 100% sure if I would or wouldn't recommend... but due to the GREAT customer service, I'll be giving them more chances. (BC You never know.... This one poor experience could've been a fluke)..
