The bagels are great, lots of options for sandwiches or cream cheese. The young man who was working alone, Aiden, I think it was, had many orders for in store and doordash, and still was kind and got orders out quickly. Think they should maybe have more staff on a weekend, though.

The service was fast, bagels that was recommended to me was delicious! I had the six cheese bagel with country spread and the Bros. Bay breeze drink Happy hour combo. They did not miss! I can't wait to be back!

We didn't realize they closed at 2 pm and we were a couple of minutes after they closed. We had ordered and paid through the app and thought our order was gone. With the front door locked we saw someone cleaning up outside in the back. This lady was nice enough to bring us our order. Thank you so much, great customer service!!! We will order from them anytime we are in the area.

I’m calling to complain on the Einstein bagel on 86th St. close to I 69 in Indianapolis. I go there at least three times a week almost every week and I went in last week and there was two ladies making the bagels and I get the same thing every time, cinnamon sugar bagel, toasted with light cream cheese and jelly and turkey sausage last week the lady that made it did not put the turkey sausage on there I didn’t make a big deal about it because I didn’t notice it until I got to work. I had forgotten about it because normally there’s no issue. I went again this morning at 6:15. There was a guy who rang me up who always rings me up and he knows my order Wil and I said I want my usual turkey sausage, cinnamon, sugar bagel, toasted with cream cheese and light jelly. He said no problem. There were two girls back there making bagels and they were talking about stuff that had nothing to do with the job and normally it takes three or four minutes to do my bagel. I was there 9 1/2 minutes and when I got to work, I realized she didn’t put the turkey sausage on there.😡 so this is two times in two weeks this is unacceptable especially the part about those two women talking and paying more attention to their conversation then taking care of business for Einstein bagel this needs to be addressed immediately. Unacceptable. I paid for turkey sausage and didn’t get it twice in two weeks😡😡
stopped in this morning with my husband and Connie at Einstein was fantastic. she visited our table multiple times and made sure we had water and anything else we needed. not something you expect at a fast food breakfast place. Thank you Connie!

During my visit today at 82nd street, I noticed an opportunity for improvement at the checkout. The cashier acknowledged the amount I paid with, but it wasn't included on the receipt, making it challenging to verify the change. Considering the busy day and long line, I understand the pace, but including the payment amount on receipts would help ensure accuracy and clarity for both customers and staff.

I always walk in and see people smiling, coworkers enjoying their work, and I'm always greeted with a smile every time I walk in. I normally go in the mornings and while it is very busy their team does pretty good getting people in and out.
