I love this place because it takes me back to my childhood with my family. The service and the flavors make me feel just like home — just the way we enjoy it in Veracruz. Truly a wonderful experience every time!

This little place had great food and margaritas, friendly people, and the most enthusiastic birthday celebration for my mom. We were just passing through Indianapolis and it totally made her day. Thank you!!

šŸŒ®šŸ”„ New favorite spot alert! Just ate at this little hole-in-the-wall gem and I’m still thinking about that chimichanga... hands down the best food I’ve had in forever. He had the birrias and was equally obsessed. The flavors were insane — like, ā€œI need a momentā€ kind of good. šŸ˜‚

The place might be small, but the atmosphere was super fun, clean, and full of good energy. And don’t even get me started on the service — top-notch. Friendly, fast, and felt like we were being taken care of by family.

Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for something authentic and delicious. Trust me… your tastebuds will thank you. šŸŒÆā¤ļø

The vegan in our group had a lot of difficulty, but the meat-lovers in our group enjoyed everything. If you like chamoy, get something that has their homemade chamoy. I asked them to add it to my frozen mango margarita and it was wonderful.

Took a group of 6 to this business. Received good service. Fair pricing. And will be happy to come back again. Only regret is I didn’t find this place sooner.

We were passing through town and stopped in based on the great reviews. Food was awesome and Arie provided great service, she was very pleasant to talk to. Only off thing is the bill was higher than menu prices, didn’t realize until after we left. Prices on menu didn’t match prices on website so I think they need to update their menu. Other than that would highly recommend.

5 estrellas/Stars! Wonderful service. I got the Mexicanos huevos that came with rice, beans, and tortilla(your chose of flour or corn.) It tasted so savory! I want to come back soon. The decorations inside are a touch of traditional Mexican mixed with modern coastal. You can tell the managers enjoy what they do.

We spent the night in town and are always looking for something local and chose this place based on reviews. It didn’t disappoint, the salsa trio was awesome and food was so good. We took leftovers and highly recommend this place.

Just had the perfect meal after spending all day at the zoo. Service was excellent and the food left nothing to wish for. They serve you the usual chips and salsa when you come in but with a special touch, they give you a side of ceviche that’s very well prepared, not many places have the skills to make such high quality ceviche. Also, the sauces, chef’s kiss! They give you three different kinds and all are delicious! Oh, and don’t let me forget about the natural drinks, highly recommend Maracuya is so delicious and refreshing. Staff was attentive and kind. Don’t get discouraged because of how it looks when you first get there, trust me you will not regret eating here!

All food items AMAZING! Todos la comidas-encantamos!! The horchata was good but couldve had more cinnamon in it. Waitress forgot about our pepsi a couple times but everything made up for it. Area was quiet not busy at all, great music, kindness everywhere, the churros fue muy bien omg con helado fresa?! Not what i expected in good ways! The chicken was so good seasoned great and the asada was very thin and soft with amazing flavor. Fajitas hot for so long and so were the tortillas!!!!! French fries and rice were good! They had a lot of different hot sauces on table and the three different complimentary salsas(verde, guacamole fuego, and some kind of orange one) were awesome to try and even receive! The normal salsa was amazing didnt build up spice too quickly! EVERYTHING WAS FRESHā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļøbest hole in the wall mexican place to stumble upon. Will be back!!

Ps-10/10 wanted to say everything in spanish to show more appreciation there at the restaurant but didnt want to torture the workers with my broken words and white girl soundsšŸ˜‚i could for sure read everything on the menu and understand a lot but i know how i sound aloud.

The best Mexican restaurant in Indy. It’s taste like someone’s grandma is in the kitchen. The beans are smoky and delicious and everything else I’ve tried. Service is excellent.

We have visited the Cruise Ship maybe five times. Easily our fave Mexican restaurant. The environment and staff makes you feel like you’re eating in mama’s casa. The menu can be challenging to translate in a few spots but Google can help with that. :)

We typically get three tacos and three empanadas. So delicious!

Don't judge a book by its cover with this one. It's a very unassuming little restaurant near the airport. Food was probably the tastiest we have had at a Mexican restaurant and we have tried many. The service was impeccable. The wait staff was so friendly and efficient. Can't wait to go back to Indy to try El Crucero again.
