Very clean location in a "strip" mall. The service and food was top notch. The lunch steak and chicken fajitas were delivered HOT and plentiful. Lots of meat and fresh veggies. The salsa and guacamole was delicious.

Wow this place has gotten pricey! $7.25 for a small cheese dip. (Maybe a cups worth and that's a stretch) Outrageous! 3 tacos for $9.75. No thank you! Price gouging at it's finest. 3 Agaves has our heart from now on.

I usually go here because it's very close to work. The food is okay. It's fairly bland, but the service is okay. They're always friendly and they're really fast. But if you get a to go order, make sure you ask for your cutlery, because they will forget it every single time. Not the best place but it's okay if you're in a hurry and need to grab something quick.

I spent way too much money on some average tacos! (roughly $5/steak taco) The horchata always has too much cinnamon. I've tried over and over to give this place a chance, but it's not worth it. At least the staff is pretty friendly.
