My family and I returned after 3 years, the food was more or less but the cucumber water was tasteless, the michelada was more or less... I asked for a toper to bring something and they took me the vile... something we still hadn't finished. to have the micheladas and we still planned to consume more.. well we finally focused on the vile and we were speechless.. they included a 15% tip which is illegal in the state of Indiana, the tip is voluntary from the customer to the staff .. they should be careful when charging extra .. they can get into legal problems .. (I will never return) .. ?

Ordering seafood is scary but don't worry about that here- everything is fresh as hell. Honestly, the portion sizes are also generous so consider ordering a normal entree or expect to take food home. There are plenty of non-oceanic foods available at different price points (fajitas if you're wanting dinner-dinner, a carne asada torta if you're just eating lunch) so just ask for clarification and the nice staff will help.
It seems they are still renovating, so some finished drywall is still in need of painting but the restaurant is otherwise colorful and friendly to hang out in.
Parking: The parking is tight, facing the street by like 6 feet. Be careful but it's not too bad.

The shrimp ceviche doesn't look like ceviche, it has no flavor and tastes horrible. I think that for $44.00 dollars I expected something better.
We traveled 30 minutes to find this restaurant, the food was not good, it had no salt and it was burnt, and we paid almost $300. I think they charged us for what they didn't sell on the day. I ordered an esquite, it was sour, all the food we left there, nothing tasty, a hundred percent.

This humble restaurant was highly recommended to me by a friend and it did not disappoint. The food is very authentic and different to any other seafood I've had. I absolutely enjoyed the Tablita de Mariscos and have been coming back every time I get an opportunity. Really authentic Mexican food.
