El Pollo Tapatio

El Pollo Tapatio is a decent spot for grilled chicken, but it didn’t quite wow me. The pollo asado was okay—it had a nice smoky flavor and was reasonably tender, but it lacked the bold seasoning or juiciness that would make it stand out. It’s a solid option if you’re craving grilled chicken, but it doesn’t feel particularly memorable.

The sides were fine—standard rice, beans, and tortillas that did the job but didn’t elevate the meal. The salsas added some much-needed flavor, but overall, the experience felt a bit average.

The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was casual, which made for a comfortable dining experience. However, if you’re looking for exceptional grilled chicken, this might not be the place. It’s okay for a quick meal, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

I recommend that you come here, order some tacos and eat them in your car while you watch your favorite series 🤤 these tacos are delicious, the chicken is also delicious 😋

Chicken wasn't fully cooked. The rice and beans amount for a full order wasn't what I expected. People at the counter are not very friendly, kind of rude...

Sooo good! The pink horchata is delicious. I wish the rice portion was a bit bigger & more sauce was given for ordering a whole pollo asado but food is always great!
