The only thing that has me disappointed about this place is that since it's possible that when it's full they can't have anything hot to drink and the waitresses don't care if you like it or not, they don't do anything to keep the customer happy, it wasn't just in The time I was there there were more customers asking for coffee or something hot and the waitress's response was the same, there isn't any and as you want, THEY DON'T CARE
I don’t know why there’s so many comments on how bad the service was but I had great customer service and was even asked how my meal was before I left. The food was delicious and they have probably the best chicharones I’ve ever had. The only con is the place is extremely small with no windows.
A hidden secret in Indy. I first visited a few months ago with a friend and the pupusas are fresh and made to order. Visited again today and the pupusas were so good and fresh. It’s a small local owned business and there is usually only one waitress/cashier and one cook. The waitress is always pleasant when I am there, even when other patrons are rude or demanding. Not negating others experiences, but I have personally witnessed men speaking vulgar to her, being rude etc. One...
