I have to be honest... I go to a lot of Mexican restaurants and this place has the best gringo tacos on the east side.

Waited 10 minutes for server to appear although restaurant wasn’t that busy. Chips & salsa were good. Taco salad was bland, tasteless and watery. The margarita was the worst…super strong and syrupy.
Good little restaurant. Close to hotels serving good authentic Mexican food and a reasonable price. Have been here a couple times and it's all good with good service.

I can't express just how much I LOVE this location!! The staff is so personable, they make you feel like apart of the family. They've cleaned up the restaurant as well. Fresh ingredients, well seasoned, and the BEST margaritas in town!! Be warned, those margaritas are not to be played with!!

High compliments for outstanding customer service in a response to an unfortunate situation!
I ordered a T-bone steak dish. The flavoring was very good, but the steak was so tough that I couldn't chew it to eat it. We did not ask for any concession. However, the waiter asked if I wanted another dish. I did not. On checking out, my wife discovered that the cost of the dish had been removed from the bill. We asked for nothing, but they were very sensitive and pro-active in responding to the situation. We have eaten at this restaurant several times over the years, and we WILL return!
