Got food for carry out and missing two small items (extra tortillas). Called to get it refunded only for that item which around 3 dollars. They were adamant they put it in the bag checking with staff. They offered me credit for 1.50 for future. I just wanted it to be put back in my card, but credit for future was the only option⊠since there was no resolution I asked for my 20% tip I gave them to be refunded. They wouldnât refund me 8 dollars stating clover machine would not let them. Not sure what to believe what is or is not possible. They did not make it right. Food was good otherwise as usual. We eat here occasionally and have not had other issues.

To Alyssa Howard and Cindy Heffren, you donât come often at all because you ordered a FAJITA salad which is literally just the salad with guac and sour cream and tomato. You even requested âno sour creamâ when your order was CONFIRMED by your server. You meant to order a TACO SALAD. Which is WAY off to the order YOU confirmed was correct the first time. Then you complained that the meat portion wasnât to your liking. Okay whatever. Then you claimed to have found a hair. Girllllll⊠lol, I found both of your facebooks so fast and that was definitely YOUR hair. Not a single person on staff has light colored hair lol. Iâm glad you guys got kicked out because If I was the manager, I wouldâve also cussed you out fr. You should both just stay home and cook đ you ruined MY meal with MY family by making a scene for something that was your fault.

We have been going to this restaurant for years and have always had decent service and good food, but not today! We will never go back. We went out for my birthday lunch. They got my sister in lawâs food wrong, then acted extremely annoyed to have to fix it. We had three different waitresses help us even though we only had two meals and two waters and they were not at all busy. I was putting my food into a takeout container when I scooped a huge hair onto my chip. When the second waitress finally came back I showed it to her then asked her to just take it all away since I would not be taking it home now. She took it away. No one came over to talk to us or to say anything for over 20min and we had to finally ask for a manager. She said there wasnât one today and proceeded to walk away. About 5 minutes later a man comes over to ask what was wrong, we started to tell him what all had happened and he interrupts us and says, âyou just pay and never come back!â So multiple rude servers, terrible service, incorrect and hairy food and then the person in charge to completely interrupt us and tell us to just âpay and never come back.â This was the most terrible customer service response to having something wrong with your food that I have ever experienced in my entire life at any restaurant. I will NEVER go back here and will tell everyone I know to never go back again as well. I have never been treated so badly, especially when it was all completely their fault.

This place is good. It's convenient to where I live, but the food and service are not consistent. Prices are decent, but beverages are weak!
Food is good, but pricing is outrageous. Pricing has gone above inflation then some. Dinner was expensive not to mention 5.99 for chips. Gonna need to try the one down the road next time.

Was not bad until I paid the check and my side of pico went from prior price of .99 cent to $2.99. And 3 soft drinks at $3.49 each. Was more than the food for $44.00 total price shocker for three! Won't do that again!
