The food was ok and employees polite but the place felt a bit dirty. My menu was full of crums. Somebody should spend time cleaning those menus.

I ordered a chimichanga and the ground beef was burnt and the cheese they put in the beans was cold. The server was rude and told me that’s all they had. Why give someone something that’s not edible. I will never recommend this place to nobody.

Best little Mexican restaurant. Love their chips and salsa, guacamole, etc. Food is very good, have not had any issues with any food we have had here. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We've dined at this restaurant on multiple occasions when in the area. The food is well prepared and never disappoints.

Big fan of what El Toro offered, especially for lunch. We had 2 plates and a margarita for under $35. The food tasted really good too. The individual ingredients had distinct tastes that made them stand out. One of our go to Mexican restaurants in Indy

Armadeo didn’t greet the table in a timely manner, we waited about 10 min for drinks and had ate our chips and dip before he came back with the drinks.
He didn’t check back in with at all! Very inattentive!
Very unprofessional attitude!
Was rude or curt to us.

Appeared disinterested or rushed, couldn’t focus! Very jittery and impatient
Vanessa the cashier was great!

Although we were disappointed to find the patio was closed on an 80°+ day and outdoor dining was our mission, this did not hinder us from dining and having a great experience. The restaurant was clean and the friendliness of staff, especially our server Daniel (I think is his name) was exceptional. This was our first time at this El Toro (I’ve been to the one in Castleton and downtown), and this one just might have become my favorite. The birria tacos were scrumptious and well seasoned. The guac was equally delicious and flavorful. I will definitely return.

If my nachos say 14.99 and i get a receipt that says 15.51 that’s a problem. I was told it’s cause i used a card but this policy is listed nowhere. On my receipt he has tried to Makes sense of this, but it doesn’t. I am charged extra on top of a to go fee. This is fraud and bad business. Everything on the menu is priced incorrectly everytime. Seems like they just want to charge whatever and hope no one notices both receipts don’t make any sense

Excellent local Mexican restaurant. They told me this particular El Toro is not affiliated with the El Toro in Zionsville. Nevertheless food is excellent, waiting staff couldn't be friendlier the food came out fresh, hot and plenty of flavor.
