I had a Sweet 16 birthday dinner for my daughter, and it was a disaster. We were assigned a brand-new waiter who clearly wasn’t ready for a party of 20. I couldn’t even get silverware, so my food got cold while I waited. When the food finally arrived, it didn’t look right, and we had complaint after complaint about the dishes we received.
To make matters worse, at the end of the event, there were issues with the bill. They overcharged me for other people’s food, and I had to sit there and go back and forth with customer service to get it sorted. Breaking things down, providing receipts, and ensuring everything is accurate should be a basic expectation—yet here I was, stressed and angry on what was supposed to be a special day for my daughter.
The most frustrating part was having to constantly ask for things that should have been automatic, like silverware! That’s basic customer service. If you know a party of 20 is coming in, why would you assign a new waiter with no experience? Several of my guests even commented on how we had to keep asking for the simplest things.
The only positives? The decor was nice, and the bathroom was clean—but that’s it. This place completely ruined my daughter’s Sweet 16. I was recommended this restaurant, but I would never, ever recommend it to anyone else. My final takeaway? DO NOT host a party here. Hands down, I give it a zero.
