Very bad server lady! I sat at the bar and ordered a beer when I ordered my food. This was the last I saw of the lady until she brought my food. I told her I was wanting to order another beer while I was waiting but she never came around.She had the AUDACITY to tell me she would go get me a beer. I told her no since she had brought me my to-go order.Extremely POOR service. Ignoring people is a nasty habit especially while sitting at a bar.

El Torro Bravo South, located just outside Indianapolis, Indiana, proved to be a delightful surprise during our travels. Despite its bustling atmosphere, we were promptly seated upon arrival. The complimentary chips and salsa set a promising tone, both offering a satisfying taste. Opting for the fajitas, I found them to be a highlight of the meal. The meats and shrimp showcased commendable quality, with a well-balanced distribution of protein. While the flour tortillas were passable, their quality paled in comparison to the delectable fajitas. The restaurant maintained a clean environment, contributing to an enjoyable dining experience. However, the service fell slightly short of expectations, although it did not detract significantly from the overall enjoyment. Ultimately, El Torro Bravo South left a favorable impression primarily due to the exceptional quality of its dishes. I would gladly return for another opportunity to savor their flavorful cuisine.

First time here at El Toro. I was sat down with no silverware, got our first drinks pretty quickly though. We order and the food came out quick as well, mine was missing chicken, and another was supposed to be without Pico and Guac but had it. But then we’re sitting there without any silverware for a few minutes. Our server didn’t come up to check on our food or refills at all. I got somebodies attention told them about our issues and he took our plates back. Everything comes back okay, but only received 2/3 of the silverware we needed and after I asked for another, nobody came back once for 40 minutes. The food was not very good, salsa and queso itself was actually nice. But everything else was disappointing. Chicken bland, pork bland, veggies and rice bland. After a long time I go to find the manager who is sat at the front as a host, and not helping the dining room. She was very nice, but still, you’ve got to support your staff. She claimed our waiter was making drinks and apologized, but there was multiple other staff members standing around watching a soccer game. Very unsatisfactory experience. I don’t recommend coming here.

The manager is extremely rude and should not be in the customer service industry. I recently placed an order online for the Downtown location and instead the order was sent to this location. I called this location and kindly asked to cancel the order and receive a refund. I was then told by the manager that she didn't want to waste money and that it was my fault that the order was placed at the wrong location so she refused to give me a refund. Her tone was extremely rude and combative. I don't even write reviews but the way she spoke to me was so uncalled for that I had to share this with the public. I will never eat at this location again.

Orders came out wrong due to waiter not t english? After waiting ten mins just for a carry our bag decided to only leave a 5.00 tip and was chased down and harassed !NO PROBLEM leaving a tip but for not horrible service and horrible food party of 6 noone ate their food
