If you are looking for good food, you found the right place! Not only did they show love with the portions, the taste of the food was great as well. I went back two days straight, had an issue with one order the second time and joe called me and said come get a remake and invited me to an event they have coming up. Now that’s good customer service, and now they got a new friend as well.

I ate a good togolese banku and adèmé sauce

We went here two nights for dinner during our 4 day stop in Indianapolis. This pub is really great and very handy (walking distance) to nearby hotels. On both nights the service was great, and the food was really great. Its a relatively simple menu and reasonably priced, as is their wide selection of drinks. We had Taylor on our 1st evening and Danielle on the 2nd. Both servers were fantastic and happy to have a little banter with their Australian guests. I have been to this hotel nearly 5 years in a row, and will definitely return when next I visit Indy in 2024.

This is a nice chill place with dim lighting and awesome food.I had their spicy goat with Jollof rice more than three times!! That's how good it is!Service is also not lacking in any way, props to the bartender.I will definitely be going back next time I am in town ?

I was here over the weekend for a birthday party. There was some miscommunication but nothing too drastic. It's a nice size place if you want to have a birthday party or small family get together. I don't recommend having a wedding here..reception maybe. I know this place offer other services but I noticed that it was people in our party that wasn't part of the party. They were walking through our pictures. They don't have much storage so when I walked in to the women's bathroom it was like walking into a cluttered garage. They don't let you decorate. The food is really good. There is room for improvement.

This place is by far one of the best restaurants I have eaten at. I love the atmosphere in the building. The Talapia with rice or the meat pies with rice is got to be the best. Great atmosphere and setup for 21+ wedding reception, get togethers, just all around date nights. Truly amazing.

When we walked in, three employees were talking at the bar listening to music at a deafening volume. They seemed terribly confused to see us. They asked us what we wanted, seemed unsure what to do with us asking for a table for two, and finally one of them disappeared to the back.We walked out. If this is a restaurant, it's run by people unclear on the concept.

This place is terrible. How is has 5 stars is beyond me. Ordered the goat. It must have been sitting for a day because it was tougher than beef jerky. Flavor was okay. The rice tasted like tomato sauce. When I walked in they would not seat me at a table even though I was the only one in the restaurant. Do not recommend to anyone wanting a quality meal. I will never come back.

I had an amazing Jellof rice and well seasoned spicy Goat meat. The restaurant is super clean with a staff that welcomed you and were on the look to make sure I had everything I need to be satisfied. I will definitely recommend the restaurant to anyone to try it.

Restaurant was very loud. My husband had a salad. I had a pizza, based on a recommendation from our waitress. Food came out in a reasonable time. Salad was mediocre, pizza was passable. We will not return.
