Ordered through DoorDash.
They did not provide mild sauce at all.
The okra was hard, old, tasted as if it was refried. Chicken tasted as if it was refried as well.
Either fried multiple time or the oil was old.
The Philly cheese steak had more cheese than meat, hardly any meat at all, hardly any peppers or onions, bread was doughy.
I wouldn’t eat here again. Waste of money.
Definitely NOT Chicago style.

Ordered a 6 piece whole wings dinner, according to the menu comes with fries, slaw, bread, and a can of pop. Also ordered the 25 whole wings with fries and a 2 liter pop. This was a drive through order. The guy handed me the food and 2 liter, and I said that the 6 piece comes with a can of pop. He says not today and closes the window. This cost me $43.00. I get home which is about 5 minutes away and the 6 piece dinner only had the wings and fries, and the food was warm not hot like it usually is. Very disappointed, I have patronize this location for years and had ordered from them 2 days prior. I guess my business doesn't matter.

Food is great! Fish must have been in a clean fryer, it looked great.

Unfortunately like every other place that does food this way, they drop the fish directly into the styrofoam to save 5 seconds (or whatever their reason for giving their customers cancer is).

Sorry I will have to keep looking for a fish place bc requesting they not do this is out of the question: I honestly can't handle another person looking at me with vacant uncomprehending eyes and acting incredulous for my ridiculous request to not have a melted plastic glaze on my food.

Very rude I asked for my money back

Very Poor service. I walked in and never got greeted, ordered my food with a drink. The food was taking forever so I asked the cashier for my drink and he seemed surprised, he said “I’ll give it to you with the food”. The audacity to dictate to me when I should get what I’ve paid for. This will be the first and last time eat here. No respect for the customer!
