I ordered custom fortune cookies for my daughter's quinceanera in San Antonio, TX and they arrived in perfect condition and right on time. The customization was exactly as expected and the cookies were delicious. Thank you so much! We're excited to share these with our guests on Saturday!

I special ordered fortune cookies. Everything about them was custom. The flavor was amazing and we were able to create our own fortunes! They knocked it out of the park with a quick turnaround!

I am a caterer and event planner based in Los Angeles California who’s been in business 20 years. A local company I hired could not fulfill my order due to the excessive heat in California and refunded my order due to lack of quality and they wanted to maintain the utmost quality. I was lucky to find Fancy Fortune who insured the order could be fulfilled in 2 days and overnight shipped to me. They shipped this item UPS and charged me in excess of $100 to overnight the package. Unfortunately the overnight shipped item sat on an ups truck for 10 hours in excessive heat and arrived at 6pm. Every single chocolate was melted in some form or fashion. I had a high end event and had to provide this product to a VIP client in Beverly Hills as I was not able to get it done by anyone else in time. When I reached out to the company they insisted my photos showed some cookies were melted but not all. Didn’t offer me a refund of anything not even the shipping.the 4 ice packs sent were hot to the touch. It’s my opinion that if you are going to ship and charge such a ridiculous amount for overnight, that product needs to arrive 1st overnight before 10am so that your customer has the best chance of reversing a product you can be proud of. Extremely disappointing and I will never do business with them again

Ordered some cookies for National Fortune Cookie Day as part of an office celebration -- very happy to have stumbled on this business! Cookies were delivered a full day before my requested delivery date (great for my peace of mind). I had to snack on one (for quality assurance!) before handing them out on Friday and I'm so happy with them. Ordered extra just in case, because fortune cookies can be so delicate, but didn't find a single broken one in the bunch!

Poor customer service. The product arrived broken into pieces. When I messaged with some there they told me they could send a replacement, which I agreed to, and that I’d get a email confirmation that evening and it would arrive in two days. I never got the email nor the replacement product. I emailed and called customer service two days in a row. They took my name and number and said someone would get back to me. No one did.

The customer service here is definitely off. I purchased from them because the product i chose said same day shipping. I emailed the company to confirm (being that i ordered in the late afternoon) and she said the product would ship tomorrow, no problem there. The product actually didn't ship until three days from the date she told me it would ship. I emailed asking for clarity on the shipping delay, never got a reply. The package did come and was super cute that's the only reason i gave three stars just wished the owner had better communication or honored her word. I clearly was pitching a gift so a little empathy or at least caring enough to respond would be nice.
The cookies taste very fresh! If you are looking for flavor look no further. Erin is very nice and fun to work with. Had fun shopping with you?
